酒店位置很好，有個小通道可以直接到一側的雪道；還算比較乾淨，雖然沒有洗漱備品但是migros和coop都不算遠…

The door to my room did not lock automatically when the door closed but had to be locked manually from the outside with the key card and there was no way to lock it from inside the room: I was told this was a "feature" the hotel used for certain ski groups (but I wasn't in such a group). As a result, I left my room inadvertently unlocked for a whole day. There's no real security for left luggage: anyone can walk into the lounge area and take your bag. The bed was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was not large enough for a computer. The hotel claims to have air conditioning but there was certainly no air conditioning in my room. Breakfast begins at 8am so the hotel doesn't work well if you need an early start. The hotel did not print my Saastal card until the morning after I checked in which didn't bother me but could be a real (and very expensive) inconvenience to some people although it's not the only hotel in Saas-Fee that does this. The lady who checked me in didn't speak good English although most of the other staff did.

Très bon hôtel, rapport qualité/prix excellent. Très bonne localisation au bout du village côté remontée mécanique. Vue parfaitement dégagée (pas de bâtiment devant). Très propre, très belle chambre. Toilette séparée. Possibilité d’avoir 2 lits séparés. Excellent petit déjeuner. Une modernisation de la salle du petit déjeuner ainsi que de la terrasse pourrait être envisagée. Insonorisation parfaite. Seul bémol, le monsieur à la réception (le patron probablement) pourrait être plus sympathique, plus avenant. Le reste du personnel parfait 👍. Très bon hôtel familial a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. 👍 👍 👍

Wegen dem hervorragenden Wetterbericht, haben wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Sehr guter, freundlicher Service und eine hervorragende Küche, eigentlich wie in einem guten 4-Sterne-Hotel. Einzig die Buchung hat gedauert, wohl wegen der kurzfristigen Buchung.

Dit is een super hotel om in te verblijven! Een echt familie hotel waar het personeel de sterren zijn. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze helpen je bij iedere vraag en denken echt met je mee. Het ontbijt is klein maar heerlijk, met warme verse broodjes. Meer dan genoeg om je dag goed mee te starten. De kamers zijn erg schoon en voorzien van goede bedden. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. De locatie is ideaal, op loopafstand van de liften, dicht bij verschillende winkels en restaurants. Mochten we naar Saas-Fee terug gaan dan kiezen we zeker weer voor dit hotel!

Hotel Bristol has super comfy beds, beautiful Mountain View, exceptionally clean, wonderful service. The women at reception were so friendly, warm, helpful and professional. The little things that make all the difference! I would choose this hotel again if I return to Saas-Fee.

Sehr freundliche familiäre Atmosphäre . Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne und praktische Lage zum Starten für Wanderungen. Feines Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Werde ich nach Möglichkeit sicherlich noch mehr aufsuchen. Dankeschön für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Très bon hôtel et bien situé à proximité des remontées mécaniques. Compris dans le prix du séjour, la carte SaastalCard donne gratuitement accès à toutes les remontées mécaniques, aux cars postaux et diverses attractions et réduction dans certain magasins ainsi qu'au parking de Saas-Fee. Excellent accueil de tout le personnel. Chambres confortables ( literie excellente ), calmes et très propres. Joli balcon plein sud, face au glacier et les montagnes. Petit-déjeuner très complet et repas pour menus demi-pension ( facultatif ) variés et excellente cuisine. Un merci particulier à Mme Bumann propriétaire pour sa gentillesse !

Am a regular visitor to Saas Fee and having stayed at different hotels can say this is a gem. The rooms are well planned with a large cupboard and writing desk. Lighting is sufficient. The showers have good water pressure and towels felt luxurious. All rooms have balconies. If noise is an issue opt for a room which does not face the river. Overall beautiful mountain views. Breakfast is large and of good quality with option to boil you own eggs. The hotel is located on the Main Street of town and transfers from the car park are offered at a nominal cost of SWF 10 each way. The owner family runs the hotel with a passion making the guests feel comfortable and cared for.
