I booked this hotel because it was convenient, as express buses depart and arrive at the Holiday Club. It also had a sauna, a unique feature of Finland, which I enjoyed while waiting for the Northern Lights. I cooked my own meals during my stay, and there was a supermarket nearby for easy grocery and alcohol purchases. There were no condiments or seasonings, so buying them was a hassle. It would have been nice if there was a service that allowed me to use the condiments left by previous guests, even if I didn't leave them in my room, as it would be a waste if my stay was short. I was amazed to see the Northern Lights around 3:00 AM, just a three-minute walk away."

I can only call the front desk to ask. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They point at people's noses and say I hope you can behave yourself. They also refuse to admit that it is their work error and ask me to go. and platform complaint. I stayed one night and had to leave the next day. When I was packing my luggage, a woman turned the key in without knocking and shouted "out now!" I asked what was wrong with giving me some time to pack, and she said she had to leave in 10 minutes. All in all, a very, very bad attitude and a very poor experience. The front desk and staff have very poor English and cannot understand human speech."
