Great stay in a lovely house with sauna, two toilets and also washing machine and dryer. Very kind staff, can definitely recommend!

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

편안하고 즐거웠습니다! 위치가 매우 좋고, 중심지에 위치하여 숙소를 바꿀 필요없이 다양한 일정이 가능했습니다. 다양한 것을 구비해두어 사용하기 좋았고 난방이 훌륭해 전혀 춥지 않고 덥지도 않고 안락했어요. 낭만과 실용을 동시에 가진 숙소입니다. 리셉션 서비스도 좋았고, 조식도 맛있었습니다! 수영장 역시 사용하기 좋았어요.(물 온도가 조금 더 높고, 탈수기가 있으면 좋겠습니다) 최고의 숙소, 추천합니다!

Good and nice

Lovely firework and Sauna setting. Clean and convenient.

Even check in time is 6pm, we were lucky can check in at 2pm as the room is ready, very nice. Location is Villa 3 (Red/White), nearby the main building. The apartment was comfortable to stay in. We used a two-bedroom unit on the gound floor. It featured a kitchen, refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, sauna, terrace, washing machine and dryer.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped even down to plenty of washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, kitchen roll and bin bags. Superb location central to Saariselkä centre and walking distance to ski resort. Lovely welcoming reception area with well stocked and reasonably priced shop. Would definitely stay here again.

Roomy apartment Roomy apartment with an attic with 4 single beds and a toilet. On the ground level, we have sauna, toilet, kitchen, living area and a bedroom with a queen bed. Good size for 2 people. There are washing machine and dryer but they do not seem to be working.

OK Ihan ok - vähän kulunut mutta ei vielä liikaa

Perus hyvä Huoneisto oli perus kiva. Selvästi elämää jo nähnyt, mutta varsin toimiva. Vessa alhaalla ja ylhäällä, mikä hyvä, mutta molemmat surullisen pieniä. Ei voi suositella isokokoisille. Keittiön varustelu hyvä, kaikki tarvittava löytyi, tosin veitset todella tylsiä, onneksi oli oma puukko mukana. Kämpän Wifi yhteys heikko. Sauna pesty, mutta ei ennen meitä. Topakka hikiaromi valmiina, heti lämmitettäessä. Asiakaspalvelu aina ystävällistä. Uimaranta , lampi, lähellä ja pukukopitkin löytyi. Mykavan rauhallista, ainakin tuolloin juhannusviikolla.

Séjour Saariselka Séjour très agréable. Personnel accueillant et prévenant. Petit bémol concernant la connexion wifi qui était impossible à effectuer. Pour le reste, rien à dire. Tout était au top 👍

Vennetur Flott leilighet med god beliggenhet. Nært til det meste.
