"This is just a budget hotel near the train station. I arrived on a rainy night and was too tired to argue with the front desk. The air conditioning was noisy, and the heating wasn't effective. I ended up sleeping under two duvets. Facilities: I booked a king-size bed room, but was told that here, a king-size bed is just two twin beds pushed together. Fine, who can I complain to about that? 🤷 Service: They were friendly, but not very helpful. Breakfast: Let's just say you can fill up on bread. Everything was pretty mediocre, but its proximity to the train station is its biggest advantage. If you stay here, make sure to stand up for your rights! And make sure you get a warm room; don't compromise like I did. 😂 The hotel offers luggage storage. There are no cups in the room, but you can get a cup for hot water at the downstairs breakfast area. I asked the staff, and they said I could take the cup back to my room."

"During my stay at this hotel, I experienced a very shocking and concerning incident: a stranger was able to enter my room directly. I immediately reported this issue to the hotel staff. They told me that there are cameras in the hallway and said they would look into the matter. However, three working days have passed and I have received no response or explanation at all.This raises serious concerns about guest safety, room access control, and the hotel’s handling of security incidents. I still do not know: Who the person was Why that person was able to enter my room What happend?????? The lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and provides a clear explanation."

Katsomme huoneesta oli pääkadulla, ja voimme nähdä vanhan linnan, kirkon ja joulun Ferris Wheel. aamiainen oli aina herkullinen. Huone itse oli hyvin mukava, mukaan lukien sänky. "Me and another 5 friends stayed there on April 4 2012. What can I say, it shows a 2 star hotel at the entrance but let me tell you, I have been many places and usually a 2 star is a 2 star, but for this one in particular the stars do not make justice! It is impeccable, looks and must be new, it is extremely clean and modern throughout, starting from the rooms and all the way down to the dining area, very modern indeed. Location is great, downtown, across the street from the Townhall and municipal parking, step to Obertoberstrase plaza and market, the place to shop and eat. Great location and priced accordingly, €78/ night plus €78 for what they call "Bio" breakfast...all "Organic" for the North Americans. Amazing food and variety. Tasty and plenty! Fully recommended!"

"Hotel-style apartment, the room is not big, the decoration facilities are old, the sound insulation is not very good, the room hygiene is not done every day, you can tell the waiter when you need it. But the location is very good, in the city center, it is very convenient to nearby restaurants, supermarkets, attractions. There is a kitchenette and kitchenware, suitable for guests who don't want to eat out and can cook in the apartment. The price/performance ratio is OK."
