房間是自助式，很方便，物品也很齊全，屋裡很暖和，很滿意的一次

酒店位置很好。在市中心，吃飯、出行都很方便。附近麪包店、打印店價格公道實在。酒店沒有前台，憑密碼入住。很好。

我開始是訂了2晚，其後加多3晚，地點方便，價格實惠。房間空間大，有20平方米，2張床，含一張雙人床。窗戶大光猛，內部乾淨，服務員親切有禮貌美。如需要打掃每天都有來清潔。會介紹給朋友再訂。

酒店式公寓，房間不大，裝修設施比較舊，隔音不太好，房間衞生不是每天搞，需要時可告訴服務員。但位置很好，在市中心，到附近餐廳、超市、景點都很方便。有小廚房和廚具餐具，適合不想餐餐出去吃飯、可在公寓做飯的住客。性價比還可以哦。

房間乾淨整潔，距離市中心很近，步行5分鐘到地鐵站，街對面就是一家泰國餐廳。要去超市可以出門左轉直行，穿過步行區到Karstadt 購物中心，底樓有Aldi超市。唯一不好的是晚上6點多就有很大聲音樂直到9點過，凌晨1點很多人回來走道吵雜的聲音。

The apartment itself is a decent property close to the centre of Saarbruecken, with access to nice restaurants and shopping. However, the owner/management didn't notify me that there was a problem with the water supply and a planned cut off in the morning hours (08:00-12:00). Later we found that there was a notice in the lift in German language, which didn't help us non-German tourists a great deal. They could have been honest and upfront so that we could have planned the day better. Also, the listing says Parking available, but you have to pay parking charge per night separately. Listing should clarify that Parking is subject to separate payment.

Good value property Very good communication from the agent/owner, easy to find and good location. Downside was the lack of air-conditioner and it was a bit warm during the night, as the apartment is on the top flor. It is ok for a nights stay as we needed.

Man bekommt was man bezahlt Wir würden die Unterkunft mit neutral bewerten: Preis sehr günstig, aber es ist schon etwas run-down. Vor allem Flur und Eingangsbereich ist nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Bett Ok, Bad ok aber nicht tip-top sauber. You get what you pay for... Deshalb ist es ok für eine Nacht aber länger würde ich mir persönlich etwas anderes suchen. Viele Grüsse, Ben

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut. Die Sauberkeit hat an sehr vielen Stellen zu wünschen übrig gelassen und da im Flur von mehreren Gästen geraucht wurde, zog der Rauch auch durch einen Türspalt in das Zimmer, sodass es dort permanent nach Zigarettenrauch muffte. Geräusche waren auch sehr lautstark zu hören.
