"We stayed here in July as a group of three girls on a self-catering holiday, and we had such an amazing time. The atmosphere was friendly and inclusive, and we never felt left out. We decided to upgrade to all-inclusive for one day, and it was absolutely worth it for the price! The food was delicious, there was a great variety to choose from, and the drinks were fantastic—especially the strawberry daiquiris, which quickly became our favourite. The entertainment team really made our holiday. They were so friendly, full of energy, and always made an effort to include us in the activities. A special mention has to go to Fran, who was incredible. His enthusiasm was contagious, and he made every activity so much fun. He even listened when I suggested playing volleyball in the pool and made it happen for us. It was such a hit that he organised it again on our last day, which was the perfect way to end our holiday. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so memorable. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, welcoming holiday."

"This hotel is in a great location a very short walk from the beach. The rooms are spotless, roomy and well equipped. The food in both the pool bar and the restaurant was simply fantastic. The only thing that topped the food was the staff, from the reception, the cleaner, bar staff to the waiters, they were all friendly and super efficient."

"Oleskeli 2 huoneistoa 10 päivää. Henkilökunta oli kaunis, huoneistot olivat puhtaita. Pieni keittiö työkalut mutta oli kaikki perustarpeet. Jääkaappi osa ei toiminut ja pysyi märkä, mutta jääkaappi toimi hyvin. Huoneistot puhdistettiin kahdesti viikossa ja sängyt ja pyyhkeet muuttuivat. henkilökohtaisessa muistiossa - sängyt olivat epämukavampaa mieheni ja minä. Päädyimme nukkumaan sohvissa, jotka olivat täydellisiä. Uima-allas ja uima-allas oli juokseva (laskeva maali ja tiilet pois) mutta odotan, että vuoden lopussa ja se ei estänyt meitä käyttämästä tai nauttia uima-allas. Lisää kahvinkeittimiä tarvitaan kuten aina pitkiä kysymyksiä Aamiaisella ei ollut säilykkeitä (mainittiin edustajalle, jos 1 päiväksi) Ruoka oli välillä haaleaa tai kylmää Ruokaa ei lisätty eikä salaattia lisätty Lounas ja ilta ateriat Ruokaa ei merkitty Varsinkin show-keittiössä tarjottu liha oli raakaa, osa siitä oli syömäkelvotonta ja liha oli kokonaisuudessaan taas huonolaatuista, ruokaa ei lisätty. Chips tarjoiltiin hyvin pienessä tarjottimessa vain muutaman annoksen ja olivat kylmiä ja märkiä (jos olet saanut ruokasi lautaselle ja sirut loppuivat, jouduit seisomaan ja odottamaan pitkään) show-keittiö he keittivät kalaa lihan kanssa. Pizza oli joko ylikypsytetty tai vasta kypsennetty uudelleen odottaen pitkään, kun se oli loppunut. "Most of the hotel facilities are in need of proper attention and upkeep. The staff were generally friendly, with special mention to the animation team who worked very hard and were great with guests. However, communication was a real challenge – it was surprising that very few staff members, including the manager, spoke adequate English. Our first night in the apartment was a nightmare. We found cockroaches not only outside but also inside the room, even crawling above us. When we complained, the response was that this was “natural” and caused by us leaving a door open, which was not the case and felt very dismissive. Thankfully, the following day we were moved to a much better room on the first floor, which made a big difference. On the positive side, the food was good with a nice variety, and the location was quite convenient. However, the price felt a bit salty for the level of service and standards provided. Overall, the stay had its highlights, but some of the hotel facilities and management approach need serious improvement."

"Second time staying at this hotel and I would definitely book again. The hotel is perfect for families as the selection of pools and slides will keep them entertained all day. The lifeguards are strict with the height restrictions, but rightly so. We had originally booked 2 separate rooms to accommodate our family, but on arrival the 2 separate rooms were in two different blocks, so they kindly upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was basic but clean, bed linen changed daily, floors cleaned, bathroom cleaned and new towels every day. The air con worked perfectly. The restaurants serve a huge variety of food, and I am not sure how people can complain about it! The food was always hot and fresh, nothing was under cooked or all the staff were friendly and helpful. The bus down to the beach is brilliant, the bus driver is such fun and always happy. It does get quite busy at times, but it's only a short bus trip. The walk down to the beach is enjoyable and we got the horse and carriage ride back a couple of times which was fun! Not sure how people are giving such bad reviews because it's been the perfect holiday for us twice with children."
