"Upon arrival the entrance lobby is clean and well presented, and the reception staff were great. We had booked 2 rooms but they put us in a family room but we weren't happy with this and changed the following day. The room I stayed in was clean enough but the shower didn't work, the rainwater head just sprayed water out of the top and should been a simple replacement, the other head kept slidding down the rail. We did report this and the handyman did try to fix but failed miserably, he did say he would be back the following day. He wasn't so I ended up using some braid to tie it up and it still wasnt fixed by the time I left. The other room had wall sockets dangling out of the wall and very dangerous, there fix was to just push it back in but would fall out if touched. Poor maintenance. Outside around the pool area looks tired and dirty and in need of a good scrub especially the floor tiles. The chill out area was dangerous at times as it had raised tiles but many don't sit properly so when you stand on a tile some llifted up. The older gentleman on the pool bar was also very rude. Food was ok and just ok, some might find it difficult to find something to eat and also seems to be a free for all but that just rude people in general not wanting to queue. Although a cheap holiday in sun and hotel nicely situated it's not a 4* hotel. And parking is non existent so don't bother with a hire car."

"Täysin pettymys ns 4* hotelliksi!! Negatiiviset kohdat: Buffet ei tasoltaan ollenkaan!! Hyvin vähän valinnanvaraa, aina sama asia, naurettavat annokset (kalapala: 4 cm x 8 cm!). Kaikki maksaa ylimääräistä (kassakaapit, rantapyyhe, juomat vaikka olisit ottanut puolihoidon...!!). Kylpyhuoneen saippuat ja suihkugeeli eivät uusiudu automaattisesti... niitä piti pyytää! Positiiviset kohdat: lähellä merta (mutta ranta on erittäin likainen, täynnä mustaleviä!!). Tilava huone. Emme koskaan palaa tähän hotelliin enää!!!"

"We booked this as a last minute holiday and was overall very happy with our stay. The location was great, just a short walk to both S’Illot & Sa Coma, and located directly on the beach front. Our room was modern and had a great view of the beach front. The only downfall to the room was the bathroom which was a little bit dated. The pool area was nice, and we never struggled for a sunbed and there are plenty of umbrellas. The only problem we thought was you could sit the sunbeds up it was just flat, I would suggest taking a blow up pillow for the pool to make it more comfortable. The drinks were great, there was a choice of cocktails on the all inclusive and we thought all of them were lovely! The bar staff were very friendly. I am a fussy eater so I did struggle with the food some days as it was mainly fish and not always a great variety of food. If you are looking for lots of entertainment/animation it might not be the best choice. There was just water polo at 4, and a mini disco in the evenings. Occasionally there was a band on after and a parrot show once. We would return in future!"

"Neljä ryhmää on sijoittanut kaksi huonetta. Tulokset! 😠😠😠 Seuraavana aamuna uinut alla uima-allas, noin puoli tuntia, poikaystävä oli huoneessa, hän tuli juuri alas, me olemme valmiita nousemaan ylös, mutta huoneemme on ollut vain muutama minuutti! Kun löysimme vanhan valkoisen naisen, joka oli juuri valmis vieressä olevaan ystävän huoneeseen, emme tiedä, miksi meillä oli viisautta tervehtiä. Kun olen saanut tavarat, menen seuraavaan asemaan, joten tie löysi, etteivät molemmat käteisvarat enää ole nähty!Yli 400 euroa 💶!!! Olemme selvästi alhaalla! Soita hotellille ja sano, etteivät he voi, sano, ettei johtaja ole paikalla, sano, etteivät he voi valvoa, kaikki syyt ovat häiritsemässä, sanomme, että soitat poliisille 👮, he sanovat, että soitat! Ja soitat suoraan! Soitan myöhemmin, mutta en vastaa! 😡😡😡 - Muutin numeron. Muistatko edellisen valituksen? Taistele tai puhu samaa. Mitä tahansa ei tee! On selvää, että receptionistin ja he ovat yhteydenpitoa! Miten tiedämme, että lähdemme tuona päivänä? Miten voimme tarkasti hallita, milloin pääsemme ulos? 🤬🤬🤬 He ottivat meidät kiinalaisiksi, mutta emme voineet ottaa niitä! Meidän piti lähteä siitä päivästä, jona löydämme heidät! Se on liian selvää. - Tällaisten hotellien pitäisi olla tarkkailtavana."

"Here’s a polished review that keeps your natural, honest style: We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and had a lovely time. This was a last-minute holiday, and we had never visited Sa Coma before. We arrived late in the evening, but the pool was beautifully lit up and made a great first impression. We also had a lovely surprise waiting in our room – a note and some treats to celebrate our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, we couldn’t fault the cleanliness of either the room or the hotel. This is a 3-star hotel, so we weren’t expecting luxury. The room was a little dated, but the shower was powerful, we always had hot water, and the housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The food wasn’t always to our taste, but we weren’t in England, so we didn’t expect English food. There was plenty of choice at every meal, and we certainly never went hungry. The only downside for us was that water wasn’t included in the all-inclusive package. Unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks were available, but bottled water had to be purchased from a vending machine for €3 per bottle. This could be difficult for families with children, as the only free alternatives were fizzy drinks or watered-down juice from a machine. The entertainment team were fantastic and worked incredibly hard. Most of the evening entertainment was focused on children, so there wasn’t much aimed at adults, but this may suit families perfectly. Overall, we had a great holiday and would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our first anniversary special."
