Clean and spacious rooms Beautiful grounds Attentive staff We stayed here from 14th to 24th April The weather was mixed and sometimes too cold to sunbathe. First, the good things. Sharon on reception checked us in about 9.30pm. Entertainment was in the background, loud and noisy but she was marvellous. Very friendly and always helpful. Our cases were taken up to our room by a night manager on a trolley, whose name I didn't get but a really lovely man. We had to go around the pool area, through another door, then up in a small lift. We wouldn't have found our way by ourselves, it being dark and we were very tired. The room was spacious with lots of drawer and old fashioned double wardrobe space, a large shower, comfy beds, balcony wicker chairs and table. The inside heated pool is a bonus along with the sauna. Steam room a waste of time and money. No steam. The grounds are immaculate with lemon trees and different plants. Entertainment was good but why not have a Flamenco night or other varied acts instead of just singers. I found a couple of them boring jazz or blues. I loved the girl from Argentina, a Beatles singer, and a guy who hot everyone singing Coldplay song and swinging their lights about. Thanks to the Entertainment woman, she was pretty lively and encouraged people to get up and dance. We found breakfast was good, and paid €60 each for 3 nights evening meals. We didn't really find a good restaurant to eat out, mostly just pub food or basic meals. Sa Coma itself is small with samey shops selling tat. A beautiful beach and the hotel is nearby. We spent a day in Porto Cristo nearby. Got taxi home . Make sure you get on correct bus as we ended up outside the Caves of Drach which are excellent but we went there 24 years ago when we were younger and didn't want to go again. Spent a couple of hours on a boat trip which we enjoyed around the beautiful natural coast but sea was too cold to swim. The worst thing was we were robbed walking along the promenade so beware. My purse was stolen out of my haversack and neither my husband or I saw ANYONE at all but they had unzipped our bag and we didn't know until we sat down to have a drink in a restaurant. We reported it to the police but they didn't seem that bothered and just asked me to complete a form and gave me a copy. The other suggestion I have is that the balconies are very close together with not much privacy. We loved the big green free towels in a basket to take to the pool. The gym is small but modern and I used this with only me in it. Loved the piano man playing tunes at breakfast. We met some interesting people and I loved watching the dancers joining in with the music. I am a bit too wobbly on my feet now so I missed out. On a good note we enjoyed our stay and would return to this beautifully run hotel.

Beautiful rooms, balcony perfect and all facing over pool. Food (breakfast and dinner) all lovely and super clean restaurant. Staff were lovely, great language skills and check in was a real treat - no stress, a chat and a drink. Gym was good and never busy at all. Just an amazing hotel!

Second séjour au CM mallorca palace. Toujours aussi agréable de séjourner dans cet hôtel . Le personnel dans son ensemble ( de la réception au restaurant en passant par le personnel de ménage ) est particulièrement attentif et bienveillant. Ils rendent le séjour très agréable et reposant. Les chambres sont impeccables et de qualité : propres et confortables. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut ( cafetièr , fer a repasser, etc..) Belle décoration et belle salle de bain avec grande douche à l’italienne. Toutes les chambres ont une vue sur la piscine et le jardin. Le service de restauration est très professionnel . Tout le monde est attentif à la satisfaction des clients . Buffet varié et de qualité. On y trouve des plats espagnol mais aussi typiquement majorquins et bien entendu, un large choix de plats internationaux. Il est possible de manger chaque soir au buffet sans se lasser. Service des boissons payant à table Merci à Miguel, Yuli et à leurs collègues ( désolée de ne pouvoir tous les citer) pour leur accueil, leur professionnalisme et leur bonne humeur quotidienne. L’hôtel en lui même est très agréable , à taille humaine, très bien géré et entretenu. Piscine extérieure très agréable et piscine intérieure chauffée . La belle plage de Sa Coma est à 5 min à pied . L’hôtel est bien placé pour découvrir la partie nord et est de l’île. Palma est à 1h de voiture . Nous avons signalé que la musique était parfois trop présente et trop forte. Cela a été très vite pris en compte. Nous pourrions faire quelques suggestions : Il pourrait , peut être, être proposé tout au long de la journée , des boissons ( eau aromatisées par exemple ) au lobby comme cela est fait dans l’espace spa. Les animations musicales du soir sont de bonnes qualités . Peut être pourrait il y avoir des artistes qui proposent un registre espagnol de temps en temps ? Des activités sportives sont également proposées. Pour résumer : merci à tous pour cet excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons !

Hotel zadbany. Czysto, bardzo miła obsługa. Wspaniałe jedzenie. Wiele atrakcji do wyboru, sauna, łaźnia parowa, basen, leżaki, masaż, wypożyczalnia rowerów. Przystanek autobusowy tuż przy hotelu. Do morza około 100 metrów. Blisko do sklepów, barów. W pobliżu możliwość wynajęcia auta.

Sharon who checked us in, made us feel very welcomed. Reason why I didn’t give this 10/10 was because of the inconsistency from the staff who served us during breakfast and dinner.

Very nice hotel and workers there. Great time.
