Have just returned from this hotel. Firstly, lastminute.es had it advertised as an adult only hotel which it is not. Location is good in a quite beach area where you can walk to S'Illot or to Cala Millor. Otherwise you can get the bus to the busier Cala Millor. There’s a lovely natural park to walk around too close by. Some shops, bars and a bigger supermarket all in walking distance. The hotel itself is an older style hotel that has been refurbished. We had a suite which was very spacious, nice and clean. The corridors are open to the elements, as is the reception and bar so if it is windy or a cooler night it is very cold in general throughout the hotel. Bar area in general is ok and good service and friendly staff. The AI drink options do not include any cocktails which was disappointing. You need to have 1€ to rent your cup so to speak so have cash when arriving! The breakfast was repetitive but edible. The usual eggs bacon beans and pastries. The lunch and dinner were hit or miss. I had some nights or afternoons with rice or fish dishes I would have paid for in a restaurant happily, other times it was a little scare on what to have as not great choices. The snacks should be changed to actual snacks like hamburgers, hotdogs, toasties, pizza, chips and crisps. Meatballs and lasagne are not snacks in my opinion although I would have eaten them if I had known what the lunch was somedays! Bring your own tea bags as not even three at a time turned the water brown! Coffee nice. Pool areas nice and clean and always deck chairs available. They also do not take your towels away if you leave them or at least not in April. Entertainment at night was good for a small hotel and the animators were friendly and got you involved. All in all it is what you pay for and I would say the service and amenities are in accordance to the stars and price. Great for a short, relatively cheap break.
