"Myself and my mum went for a spa followed by lunch. The spa was great and we were lucky it was quiet. Great facilities! Lunch was amazing! Great choice from a light bite to a larger meal. We had the open sandwich which was really good. Staff were attentive , good service and genuinely happy and smiley. Thanks We will be back soon!"

"It was my Birthday & my husband took me for an evening meal. as a surprise, he had arranged for my Son & his family from the Mainland to surprise me. We had a lovely evening & it was indeed a really great surprise, seeing my family, who had gone to some trouble or be there for my Birthday. The Fishbourne was chosen precisely for its proximity to the ferry. Sadly, the whole evening was spoiled by my Daughter in law receiving a very steep car parking fine for her car some days later through the post. We went back to the Fishbourne to explain that they had not seen the notices in the carpark, due to being more intent on surprising me & my husband forgot to mention it. The bar staff did not mention it either. The I pad on a stand at the bar was hidden by customers too. We were offered no resolution as the parking arrangement is by a third party. Suffice to say,, we will not be going back whilst this ridiculous parking arrangement is in place & an awful attitude by management with no interest in helping to resolve the situation. We spent £110 for the meal & £80 in car parking. Never again."

"Varattu paniikki yrittää paeta luokan BNB ja sai päivämäärä väärin!! Charlie niin apukas ja ystävällinen varasi meidät toiseen huoneeseen, teki kaiken voitavansa meille. Valitettavasti Travelodge puhelimessa ei ollut niin hyödyllistä, joten todella maksoimme kaksi kertaa typerä virhe stressissä, mutta emme koskaan ollut kiitollisempi ystävällinen kasvot ja puhdas huone 😊"

"Visited the spa/afternoon tea on a weekday for a special occasion. Booked in advanced. Good value at £39pp although you do have to pay extra for towels, robes and flip flops. You can bring your own like we did. The spa is fairly small but lots of excellent facilities like a lavender and eucalyptus saunas, hot tubs and steam room. We were lucky that there were not many people in the spa when we visited, however I can imagine it getting fairly busy which may feel cramped. The changing rooms were clean, and there were hairdryers. Would be nice to see some moisturiser available for that added spa luxury feel. The afternoon tea was in the lovely brasserie overlooking the lake. The cakes, scones and sandwiches were all very fresh and delicious. The staff were so attentive, felt very special. Thank you for such a chilled out day!"

"We went here with friends who were visiting from the mainland. We live on the island and have been here several times before. The last 3 visits they have either not had a real ale delivery or had run out. The food was average , the service was less than average. Registering your car for parking is easy and no problem whatsoever so we are not disgruntled customers who have an issue with parking. This used to be a fantastic place to eat and I’ve left them some brilliant reviews in the past. Sadly we won’t be returning any time soon."

"Olen ollut muutaman karavaanin parissa vuosien ajan, myös muutaman täällä Isle of Wightin ja tämä ensimmäinen kokemus Away Resorts oli kaukana paras karavaanin kokemus, jonka olen ollut yli 15 vuotta. Majoitus oli upea ja hyvin tilava ja varmasti ei ollut mitään tiloja. Se oli jopa pesukone yläpuolella pesukone, erotettu jääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni. Arvostan kylpyhuoneen ollessa kylpyhuoneessa. Toinen on en-suite suihku liitetty makuuhuone. Ilmainen WiFi oli hieman osuma ja kadotti, mutta mobiili oli enemmän kuin riittävä 5G vastaanotto korvata. Ne, jotka odottavat iltaviihdettä, voit paremmin mennä Parkdean, koska täällä ei ole ketään, vain tulla tänne rauhan ja hiljaisuuden. Suurkiitokset henkilöstölle, jotka olivat kaikki hyvin ystävällisiä. Palaisin parkkiin saarelle seuraavana matkana ja kun säännölliset vierailijat saarelle kertovat, et koskaan kyllästy vierailemaan."
