Check-in was easy. the Desk Clerk was very polite and helpful. the King Room was clean, the heater worked well and the television had many channels to watch.

The room was very outdated. We found dirty wash cloths in the bathroom. The bedding was old. Mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. The floors were dirty, feet and socks were black after walking on them.

Not a great room but seen worse! Our check in was about 1230 am. The clerk was nice. But the room smelled bad and was poorly painted and missing fixtures. Only half the switches worked!

Disappointed Hotel was dirty. Sink mirror had tooth paste specks all over. Toilet had fecal matter on it. Remote didn't work. The only reason I stayed in the hotel was because I was tired and didn't feel like searching for another hotel. I guess you get what you pay for.😠😡

Overpriced hotel from hell Not a good hotel at all They have no lobby u can sit in In order to check in u have to call from a phone then slide id underneath a glass window Room was EXTRA filthy refrigerator with Stains in it, Bedspreads with smoking burns in them,Big hole in Bathroom door,Nite stand food crumbs all over it,The door says Howard Johnsons on it but the sign says Knights Inn If i could give it Negative Stars i would Dont think your going to get any Sleep Shady people in parking lot and running up and down all Night.

Good and cheap! Rooms were clean- smelled a little of cigarettes but overall good! Area is convenient next to Kings Dominion and good restaurants.

Not very gold member I was extremely disappointed in my first gold membership stay. I couldnt get late check out. My room wasn't a smoking room. The front desk attendant just told me to go ahead and smoke. She has a very offputting personality. The vents had bugs in them. There seemed to be rodent droppings behind the night stand.

Poorest hotel i ever been Because it was just one night, it was ok, however there was no breakfast, only some leftovers at 7:45am.

The room smelled horrible and the whole stay felt completely unsafe. Was on a road trip so arrived very late out else would have changed girls. Do not recommend at all.

Todo muy bonito en fotos, pero en realidad fue pésimo. Empezando porque no hay nadie que te reciba en el mostrador, debes coger un teléfono y llamar para que vengan. Me dieron una habitación y el baño está súper sucio, el piso, la nevera y demás. Fui nuevamente a la recepción a reclamarlo y me dieron otra habitación un poco más “limpia” pero de igual manera higiene no había. No hay opción de escoger una habitación para NO fumadores, y ese olor a cigarrillo estaba impregnado en toda la habitación. Habían insectos muertos, el control del televisor no servía, las paredes tenían la pintura pelada, las toallas estaban poco acomodadas e inclusive la cama tenía pelos de otra persona y manchas. Para completar, en la mañana bajé a las 9:15am para hacer la entrega de la habitación y desayunar ya que lo “incluía” y ya se había acabado porque solo era de 7-9am lo cual ese horario del desayuno no está especificado en ningún área. Perdí completamente mi dinero y fue horrible.
