Best Western Branson Inn and Conference Center arvostelua

We booked a queen suite times two that had two queen beds and a sofa bed in each room. For our party of eight that was the minimum we needed and when we got there they gave us two queen beds in each room. We paid the extra cost for suites with the additional room and sofa bed and was not given those rooms. I don't know whose fault it is or who to blame but won't be using trip.com again. Neither company wants to take responsibility for this. We just wanted a nice Christmas vacation when our son came from Tokyo. We cut our vacation short and drove the 3 hours home instead.
