Muutokset japanilainen aamiainen niin se ei ole enää a set vaan buffet, joka tarjoaa paremman joustavuuden lapsille. Check-in kesti noin 30 minuuttia seisomaan linjassa, mutta huone oli kiitollinen valmis 12 iltapäivällä ennen ilmoitettu 3pm tarkistus ajoissa."

"Very spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The hotel connects to the West Mountain and offers shuttle bus services to Mount Isola. Parking is free and abundant. We will be back!"

The hotel has no service, no one cares when you encounter problems 2 The hotel is very remote, far from the ski resort, and there are no shops nearby. I suggest you book a hotel in the ski resort, which is convenient and affordable. 3. It says that there is a shuttle bus, but in fact there is no, so you have to walk to the convenience store in the snow for half an hour. 4. The bathtub is broken 5. The washbasin is clogged 6. The water ran out halfway through washing your hair. Sorry, there is no solution, you can do it yourself"

"Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. Young was incredibly accommodating, especially since we had a diverse group with different schedules. Some skied all day while others headed out later in the day. He made sure everyone had breakfast, lift tickets, and transportation to the lifts. When part of our group was scheduled to depart early morning in the middle of a snow storm, he ensure the paths were shoveled and clear of snow. His hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable."
