Hotel am Park

Leider mussten wir mit bedauern feststellen, dass das Management 0,00 auf unsere Anliegen eingeht und das Wohl des Gastes NICHT an erster Stelle steht! Wer gerne ausschläft und mit seinen Kindern gemütlich und stressfrei frühstücken gehen möchte, sollte am besten NICHT hier buchen. Wartezeiten bis zu 1ner Stunde vor dem Frühstückssaal (an einer immer wieder öffnenden Türe) ist Normalität. Das Hotel besitzt 140 Zimmer, darunter Zimmer mit der Kapazität für bis zu 6 Personen. Der Frühstücksraum stellt Plätze für bis zu 80 Personen. Das Konzept kann leider nicht aufgehen. Das Management wurde über diese Thematik informiert, aber leider zeigen diese kein grosses Interesse an Problemlösungen. Sie schreiben lediglich in ihrer Rückantwort auf unser Anliegen, dass das JEDEN WINTER SO SEIE und dass man die TATSACHEN NICHT ÄNDERN KANN! Meiner Meinung nach, MÖCHTE man hier überhaupt keine Tatsachen ändern! Schade, wir werden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und NIE wieder besuchen!

Dommage qu ils n informent pas les clients au moment de la réservation mais dans la rue devant l hôtel il y a des travaux qui selon l envie des travailleurs bloquent l acces au parking de l hôtel et vous laissent poireauter presque 1h même en soirée à 20h. Pas pratique quand on a un rdv réservation resto ou Yullbe. L hotel vous informe le jour d avant de inconvénients. De plus les travaux débutent à 7h du matin dimanche compris. Buffet petit-déjeuner surcoté, il n en vaut pas la peine vaut mieux prendre le petit-déjeuner quelques rue plus loin dans une très bonne boulangerie. Seul avantage l emplacement..mais pour ce prix c est du vol.

Prenotazione tramite sito chiara e veloce. Possibilità di fare il check-in online, il che permette di arrivare anche dopo le 20:00. Ottimo che quest'anno abbiano fornito il codice per aprire la sbarra del parcheggio appena arrivate. Ragazza al check-in estremamente chiara. Abbiamo soggiornato al terzo piano dell'edificio C, grazie ad un upgrade gratuito comunicatoci in loco. Accoglienza super con scatola di cioccolatini e saponetta aromatizzata in omaggio. Tutte le porte (anche quella del bagno) sono tagliatafuoco, quindi bisogna ingegnarsi un po' se si vuole tenerle aperte. Proprio per questo motivo la temperatura in bagno tende ad essere abbastanza soffocante, mentre è ottima la climatizzazione della stanza da letto. Le camere, se non diversamente richiesto, vengono sistemate a giorni alterni. La nostra connessione in camera era molto ballerina, in certi momenti, specie in bagno, navigare era totalmente impossibile (situazione risolvibile usufruendo del loro wifi). I prodotti della colazione sono rimasti sostanzialmente invariati, con la grande differenza che adesso c'è il buffet. Tra le 8:00 e le 8:30, quando tutti i tavoli sono gremiti, potrebbe esserci qualche disservizio, di norma risolto in qualche minuto dallo staff. Buoni i prodotti salati, gustosi i croissant e le torte, dolce e fresca la macedonia (arricchibile da yogurt e tantissimi tipi di cereali). Solo i pancakes, seppur fatti al momento dalla macchina, ci hanno deluse (sanno un po' troppo da uovo).

Lovely hotel near the Europa Park, the staff is super friendly with ample parking around the hotel. The breakfast was a disappointment it did not come across as appetizing at all. The rooms was clean and ample space for everyone to be comfortable.

Perfect location with a street shop selling drinks snacks alcohol coffee fresh made to order pizza. Bedrooms are quite large but no storage, only hangers along one wall. We did find a large drawer under the end of the bed on the last day so be sure to check. The rooms are serviced alternate days. Bathroom has a large walk in shower. Breakfast can get busy with people fuelling up for when Europa park opens, but good choice of bread, meats, cheese fruit and hot choice of bacon and eggs. Internet was strong and had no issues. Outside there are bus stops to take you to rulantica (free bus no7231) and to and from Ringsheim station. Overall we found the location perfect and the hotel delivered on every front. Highly recommended.

Super hôtel bien situé pour aller sur le parc , Europa Park . 5 minutes à pied . Le manque c est qu il n y a pas de quoi ce faire un petit café dans la chambre ou du thé La literie est confortable et grand douche Le personnel très accueillant et assez réactif , lampe de chevet en panne , répare le jour même
