"This one-bedroom apartment in Haijun Residential Complex in Haiyangsuo, Rushan, is located on the 17th floor. It boasts a great view overlooking the Tidal Basin, with large windows offering expansive vistas. It's an excellent choice for vacationers. However, it's quite a distance from Silver Beach and other areas of Rushan, such as the University Night Market and Thumb Square, requiring taxis for access. The living room lacks air conditioning and a dining table, and the kitchen has limited appliances, unsuitable for full-fledged cooking; it's only suitable for simple tasks like boiling water or heating food. During our week-long stay, the weather was unbearably hot, and the lack of air conditioning in the living room made it impossible to stay indoors, so we had to go outside every day. The other residents on the 17th floor love to play cards, almost daily, and their loud talking, combined with the poor soundproofing of the room door, was truly unbearable. However, the landlord's excellent and prompt service was a major plus and deserves praise. Evening walks along the lake near the complex entrance were a delightful experience."

"This is the worst B&B I've stayed in during my trip to Shandong, bar none. First, just follow the navigation for the location. There's ample parking downstairs, so you can park wherever you want. It's also very close to the beach, just across the street. However, there aren't many shopping options or restaurants nearby. You'll need a car for food and shopping. The room itself appears clean on the outside, but once you enter, you'll notice a series of issues. A large bath towel was draped haphazardly on the bedside shelf, not properly stacked. I suspect it was from the previous owner. The bedroom cabinet next to the bed was labeled "Personal Property, Do Not Use." I rented the entire apartment, and you turned it into a shared space. There were two used toothpaste and soap stubs on the bathroom sink, and they claimed they were left there by the cleaning staff, allowing guests to use them freely. I've been using *** since 2013 and have stayed in hundreds of B&Bs, but this is the first time I've encountered this. They also claimed the tub in the bathtub was left there by the cleaning staff; it was filthy and full of sand. The bathtub and shower are combined, and they're quite high, so be careful if you're not sure how to use it. I contacted the landlord, and he responded fairly quickly. But besides shirking my responsibilities, I just told myself not to be too picky. WiFi is mobile, so if you don't want to reminisce about the 2G era, you should just use your own data plan."
