There is a keyless entry with a preassigned entry code. As you walk in, you are greeted by a woodburning fireplace that leads to an open space layout. In the main floor you will find one bedroom and a full bathroom. In the living room there is a 55' smart TV with an Amazon fire stick, to enjoy shows and movies. As you make your way to the bottom level, you will find half a bathroom along with two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has been converted into a game room with a full-size futon. The second bedroom offers a dedicated workspace in case you need to get work done. Note, light construction to the East side of the cabin. Power outages, while infrequent, can occur in this region. This home is not equipped with a backup generator at the moment. We recommend guests come prepared with firewood and other essentials for comfort during unexpected interruptions. From the main floor, downstairs is Bedroom #4 with a double bed, and Bathroom #3, a half bath, and a game room with bunk beds (a queen bed on bottom and a twin on top. This home is super easy to get to, even during the snow season, with no long, narrow, steep, dangerous roads to travel. It is only several homes away from Highway 18, and is normally one of the first streets plowed after snowfall. Let the family sleep in and walk 1 minute to LuluBelle's Coffee House and Bakery and bring back amazing coffee, bakery items and breakfast sandwiches! The cafe also has an EV charger.1-minute drive to the village of Running Springs with a full grocery store and fresh-cut meat department.
