Overall good experience. Would we return, probably not. Rooms were outdated in most buildings but very spacious, food was OK - typical resort cuisine. Views were great beach was really nice. Most staff were friendly. Live bands in lobby every night were great.

The staff was very friendly. The food was good. Overall it was a good stay. The room service could have been better interms of items needed in the rooms. Towels were limited. No toothpaste and toothbrushes, slippers, combs or brushes could have been provided.

The facility was ok but I ate something and had a stomach bug, called the front desk to have something sent to me for it and noone even called to check up on me regarding it.

We ( my family and I) had a unforgettable and enjoyable time at Bahía Príncipe. We were treated royally from check in with Mr. Lynch, Mr. Morris and Ms. Whylie and again with Latoya and Shanicia in the Orquídea dining room. Additionally too Sashalee who cleaned our room did a great job. We loved the food and the entertainment. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you!!

I have enjoyed my stay

Great customer service! Staff was very welcoming. The play area was not working and I was really looking forward to enjoy. It rained so I did not get to enjoy the two days full but I would go there again! Thank you for helping me to book this trip for my birthday. It was amazing and memorable!

Experience was definitely a memorable one. Food was good as dinner on Sunday afternoons. Service was on point, shout out to #Abigail and #Richard. Will definitely be visiting once per year.

My first time here very disappointed. 1. My mom is a elderly we waited 11/2 hour on a cart to take us from spice restaurant to the lobby. 2. The staff at spice restaurant was disrespectful and rude. Went for breakfast twice and experience similar behavior. I am glad we have all kind of people coming to our country but when I see preferential treatment I know this is not a place to spend my money. Colorism is still a big factor in this hotel..the blacks were treated less than the whites..I personally experienced that at the restaurant spice with one young man went as far as to say $2 tip is nothing and was determined to leave it on the table. I sat for 1/2 hour waiting for my plate to remove and get some water refilled yet white were being danced around and refill even when not needed..several blacks that sat in the same area commented on it. THE WORST IS WHEN WE WERE LATE for BREAKFAST AND THE KITCHEN STAFF REFUSED TO GIVE US THE SPOON TO GET SOME BREAKFAST EVEN MY ELDERLY MOM (92). THEY DID NOT WANT TO GET THE BREAKFAST...I DID NOT GET THE NAMES BECAUSE THEY TURNED THEIR BACK TO US SO WE COULD NOT GET THEIR NAMES..ONE GUY WHO BLEACHES HIS FACE STOOD OUT WHEN HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NO SPOON... 3. When I was leaving the restaurant none of the young men even offer to help with my mom but 3 white men saw I needed help to put her in the cart. I don't want to bunch all the bad apples with the good people Vanessa at the front was excellent, A young man by the name Juan again excellent service he work in quedera buffet Shanique she saw us by the pool and came over to just with my mom recognizing an elderly awesome job. Phillip black he drives the cart..great job! Yaneish Croney great job! The experience that top this was when I went to the buffet and Rodrick Succi told me I was not able to pick up the food and have it delivered to my room for my mom to eat. I walk away and left the food and had a taxi bought me food.. Extremely upset.

Hotel was fine, food was good. Needs a little more friendly ambiance though , workers weren’t really as friendly as they should have been
