The large woman at the bar had a attitude and wasn’t very nice, we are pretty sure her name was Bonnie. So for this we won’t be visiting hotel or the restaurant again.

Drab room in need of updating . Dull andcstained carpets.No phone charging point next to bed A lot of noise from above all night like doors slamming and stomping Lovely clean comfy bed and spacious accessible bathroom Pub serves good value food and friendly staff .

Used this Premier Inn to stay overnight whilst going to a friend's Wedding reception in a village close by. We had a good clean room on the ground floor, towels were missing but easily acquired at request. Good parking allocation and friendly staff.

Great place to stay just off the M6 pub serves great food next door and always warm welcome When checked in always met with smile Chloe on reception always makes you welcome I always stay here while on road with work Staff brilliant rooms brilliant

From check in to check out everything was great, very pleasant staff, the rooms very clean and beds super comfy had the best nights sleep in a long time, restaurant very clean, food lovely and very helpful and pleasant staff couldn’t fault in anyway 🤗

Chloe gave us such a lovely welcome, almost as though it were to her own home. She was very helpful. Another lady was there whose name I didn't get, and she was good too. I loved the fact that extra tea-making stuff was readily available right there in Reception, without having to ask. Altogether excellent.

# Excellent Stay I recently stayed at premier inn and had an exceptional experience! Chloe the front desk staff was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was immaculate, spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch. 1. Excellent location: Close to major attractions and public transport. 2. Delicious food: The breakfast spread was impressive and delicious. 3. Impeccable service: Staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Would I recommend? Absolutely!

Best thing about the place is the exit Bar staff rude long wait for drinks not acknowledged by staff No live sports as advertised Working away from home wanting a beer on a Friday night and that's what you get rude unhelpful staff and other customers in the bar acting the same. Ended up going to Aldi for fosters and watched footie on my phone in room exciting times 😁 Food not great but it was something to eat buttered my toast with my bacon it was that hard Worst place ever to stay

Comfy bed and clean room. Good TV and just right for an overnight stay mid trip. Handy for the motorway. Brewers Fayre next door so we didn't need to travel to find a meal. Easy access to the centre of town. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Non of it is five star but then nor is the price. If you are used to Premier Inns this one won't disappoint you and is well up to standard. We opted for a basic room. More up to date rooms are available at a premium which will get you better wiFi and a more modern look. Personally I would rather spend the difference in the bar or the restaurant . My wife and I had a good nights stay and will happily use it again
