One of the worst breakfasts in a long time. Bacon dropping will oil only 1 egg available and that was the consistency of high impact rubber. Staff charting not cooking or clearing plates. When Premier Inn uses the small breakfast rooms they need to be to a higher standard. Rooms and reception staff ok.

Faultless accommodation, clean and comfortable. Really helpful staff who were always cheerful. Very impressed indeed with the breakfast- compliments to the chef who saw everything you would expect was cooked beautifully. There was even fried bread as an extra!

The staff we met were great, happy and very helpful…nothing was too much trouble for them so this review is about the hotel itself and not the staff. Couldn’t work the air con out, I do get hot at night as the quilts are thick. Slept ok apart from the green flashing light from the smoke alarm? Was very annoying, it’s right over the bed! Noisy hallway even though there are signs asking for people to tiptoe.

Breakfast was cooked fresh and was hot and delicious! It came quickly, I was asked what I wanted and it was delivered straight to me. Eggs were fluffy and hash browns crispy 😋 Shower was hot, no noise and comfortable I would recommend as a stay!

Stopped here on way down to London via Coventry. Really good location for a stop over. Arrived late and the staff were helpful in sorting the room. Room was quiet and comfy so we slept well. Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent stay, room was clean bed was comfy slept really well, breakfast was hot fresh and tasty, the chef was very accommodating and we really appreciated him cooking some fresh food for us due to my illness , Couldn’t fault it will definitely be back when we are in Rugby next
