A day earlier of checkin in, we were shown a better room but while checking in they gave different rooms. Room had insufficient lights, colored lights! red and blue like in disco, water in the toilets collected near door has it had wrong slope in the floor. Doors and windows were creaking. Overall below par!

We booked A/C room but there air conditions are not working and no one told us still night in the night they start negotiating with us asking to shift to another hotel or take refund. Finally be chosen Mandakini hotel which is near to this much more better and having good food also False commitment by the owner or the booking staff It's an average hotel for the stay of the persons who are either late or doesn't get any better opportunities for stay in another hotel
