Royal Tunbridge Wells

This hotel is located near the Pantiles. Parking is easy in a very near and reasonable multi storey. The hotel is clean and the bedrooms spotless. Breakfast was plentiful, a buffet with lots of options. Had a high floor room which was very quiet at night and with the super comfy beds added to a great nights sleep.

Our favourite Premier Inn which we return to again and again. Great location a few minutes walk to the Pantiles and always clean, comfortable and well run by the manager Cheryl and her very attentive staff. Special mention should also be given to James the chef who provided beautiful cooked breakfasts despite being very busy. Chloe, also in the restaurant, did a great job keeping the buffet topped up and spotless. Thanks to Liyra in reception who helped us with finding a nice room and last but not least Chris who gave us a warm welcome and along with the cleaners keep this hotel tip top. Thank you Premier Inn, you have a fantastic team here.

The hotel was in the perfect location to explore Tunbridge wells The hotel room was clean and had comfy beds and good bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault the place and great price too. The only downfall was that there was no parking, but there was a car park near by.

Hotel was great, just got woken up by fire alarm at 3am. The bed were nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Dinner was lovely. Had a bath and a shower at the same time. Location was lovely. Mobile signal was poor but great WiFi. Would recommend.

Staff really bring the rating up for this hotel. Couldn't do more for you. Ukrainian lady at the bar in the evening was friendly. The two ladies at breakfast were also super friendly and all smiles (the younger one even offered to make my daughter a hot chocolate). The hotel itself was cleaner than expected and a great location, only disappointing thing was the squeaky bed base and not so comfy mattress and pillows. I also am not keen on not being able to open a window as cannot get any fresh air (which would limit the number of nights I stayed as gives me a fuzzy head from the air-con)

Stayed for a few nights as a family of 3, decided to eat in and the food was great, had a bit of a hiccup as the chef dropped my one dish so had to remake, only a minor hiccup and resolved quickly. Chef even came out and apologised. Would recommend trying the restaurant if you stay here. Manager was also great in resolving the issue. Well done to the team at Premier Inn.
