This is absolutely the highlight of the house in the summer. Just steps away, across the street, you'll find Lawson Park, which was fully renovated in 2021. It features one the largest play structures in town, kids love it! There's also a baseball diamond, a basketball court, and a picnic pavilion available. One of the best parks in all of Royal Oak. There is a detached garage on the edge of the property which is not included. Host may access the garage (used for storage) during your stay via the street, without entering the yard.
