Located centrally to the town and everything is accessible room is good but bit noisy from outside which is understandable as room is facing the street. Staff were lovely. Wish they had a carpark not a big deal though as the car park is 4 minutes walk

This is a gorgeous property, historical, full of character, stunning building that has been a hotel / coaching inn for over 200 years. Spacious rooms, lovely old wooden floors. But property is poorly maintained. Customer service is indifferent. We had to wait 15 minutes at the reception for the reception bloke to finish his cigarette and come in to bother checking us in. Room floors are old wood so the furniture tends to be creaky because of the floor movements. In our room the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The wash basin plunger was broken and we couldn't fill the basin. The carpet was absolutely filthy like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages, especially under the bed. There was a used tissie inside the bed sheets. Travelodge properties tend to be quite variable depending on the franchise. Some of them are excellent. This was not one of them.

Lovely stay here for 2 days. All the staff we came across were helpful and welcoming. Room is clean and smelt fresh. Building looks really grand and quite different to other travelodge hotels. Had a very good time at this particular hotel...

Booked a saver plus room and been given on the top floor room with coffee machine. Stay was very quite and pleasant. Appreciate the front desk staff Sri for being helpful throughout our stay. Stained glass window looks wonderful and had a lot of character

Lovely building with period features in the centre of Leamington Spa. Very basic facilities. Sign on bathroom wall warning about slippery surfaces but no bath mat. No toiletries. No glasses in room to use when brushing teeth or have water at bedside. Paid over £100 and not even a biscuit with the coffee sachets.
