Premier Inn London Greenwich

10일 정도 머무는 동안 하우스 키핑 요청을 했지만 1회밖에 받지 못했다. 하지만 대체적으로 숙소가 깔끔하고 시설도 매우 좋았다. 호텔 1층에 있는 레스토랑은 정말 기대 이상이었다.

A well located hotel 5 minutes from a DLR station a range of eating places locally although the hotel restaurant turned out to be a good option. helpful staff and a decent size room, but a bigger tv and a more modern shower would have added value to my 3 night stay

So I pulled into the underground garage having seen plenty of signage indicating that Premier parking was available - see attached images. At the check-in, I showed a couple of images of where I'd parked to the receptionist to check this was ok. She informed me that there was NO Premier parking in the garage, although I could try booking one of the Staycity places though a parking app. When I asked why Premier parking was shown as available here, I didn't receive any answer. Back to the underground garage and I moved my car to one of the Staycity places. I had a problem with registering on the parking app so returned to the reception where I spoke to the duty manager. She was very helpful and checked with Staycity for parking availability but no spaces were available to Premier guests. She agreed with me that Premier should not be advertising their own parking facilities and the parking signage should be removed. It should be made very clear on the booking page that car parking at this venue is very limited (if not at all available), and that (again, very limited) on-street parking facilities should be used. Rant over, the hotel and services were fine!

Nice place, Egle the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Make sure you prebook your parking space at yourparkingspace, otherwise only find out about it when you get here and there are no spaces left, my experience, but otherwise was good.

Very good affordable hotel.provides comfy beds,very good location and good food with excellent polite staff. Bar amd restaurant are very good with good selection of food and drinks. Breakfast is good however some additions needes like cheese and ham and hot chocolate.

When travelling we always use Premier Inn wherever possible. Our first experience of a Premier Plus room was excellent. Air con temperature control worked well, a very comfortable bed, and the room and bathroom were warm and clean. Above all, the room was very quiet. Just a couple of points: This was a double room, but only one bath towel and one hand towel supplied. A grab rail at each end of the shower would be a good addition. When stepping down out of the shower, on two occasions, one of my feet slipped slightly, and if I had fallen I would have hit the wall opposite. As I am one of the senior brigade, I also felt slightly unsafe while using the excellent shower, when moving to wash. Overall, the hotel and staff were excellent, and we noted on several occasions that the manager was not afraid to 'get his hands dirty'. The food was very good, although on our second night we were presented with quite a list of unavailable items, but with the cooperation of the staff we worked around this. The location is good - 4 minute walk to the DLR and buses. We will definitely use this hotel again.
