沒有電梯，桑拿房男女分時段用，男的晚上7-9點，女的衹有9-10點一個小時使用時間，汗還沒蒸出來時間到了，酒店位置不錯，去北極博物館走7分鐘，旁邊有家大中華中餐廳，就是浴室淋浴花灑，衹能提一下筏頭限時一分鐘，再用要再提一下筏頭，無法卡住長時間用，真是太扣門的奇葩設計

エレベーターがなかったので少し不便でした。朝食は美味しかったです。スタッフの方に丁寧に対応していただけました。

Never four stars!!! Very bad hotel! Very poor value for money. Staff unfriendly (no greeting at the reception at check-in/check-out...never!), uncomfortable single beds, very outdated inventory, no room service, ventilation runs all night (very loud) and cannot be turned off, bathroom stinks from the drain, shower without cabin/curtain - after showering the whole bathroom is wet, breakfast bad, staff at breakfast unfriendly, very small window for ventilation, very weak WLAN...

The room was clean. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Room is a bit small but all is good. Breakfast is okay, buffet style breakfast. A long walk from city center to the hotel, it would be a long miserable walk if you are carrying a suitcase on the snowy ground. Staff service is ok.

Great location and friendly staff. Only complaint is smell of drains in hallway.

チェックイン前でも荷物を預かってくださって助かりました。バスルームで埃の塊がいくつか見られましたが、部屋は基本的に清潔で良かったです！朝食も種類が多く楽しめました。サンタクロース村へは10分ほど歩いたバス停から簡単に行くことができます。スーパーもホテルから10分ほどの場所にあり便利でした＾＾

The hotel staff were friendly. The rooms are old but clean. The hotel is in need of a refresh but for the cost it’s ok.

總體評價90分，因為一層的原因房間裏有一點點潮味，早餐比較簡單，出行很便捷，離公交站火車站距離都很近，街道平整

房間很好，乾淨衞生。衞生間裏的設施質量不太好。環境優美，這家酒店我已是第二次入住。酒店有停車位，免費。

位置、佈置和服務都非常不錯，下次還來！

早餐很豐富多樣！選擇性很大！房間乾淨整潔！就是淋浴室太小了點！
