Service aan de balie een lieve mevrouw. Erg verbeterd! Nu lekker uitrusten!

The hotel is located just a few minute walk from the main train station. The room size is good and clean, there is a kettle and instant coffee. The shower run out of hot water after a few minutes. It is okay place to stay for one night and nothing special.

Great! stay for sure!!! literally in the city restaurant etc.

Plenty of food outlets close by the hotel. About a ten minute walk to Rotterdam Centraal station. As you would expect staff spoke good English.

他のホテルに泊まることを強くお勧めします。 夜の11時頃に到着しましたが、警察がなぜか来ていてホテルの中に入って行きました。30分ほど外が騒がしく不安でした。 とにかく全てが古いです。部屋の一部とバスルームは一応リノベーションされているようですが、廊下、へや、シャワールーム全てが臭いです。シャワールームに至ってはにおいを誤魔化すためか強烈な芳香剤の匂いがしました。 一階の部屋でしたが窓が完全に閉まりません。ホテルの中庭に面しており、一応内鍵が付いているとはいえ簡単に開けられるので怖くてほとんど眠れませんでした。

Don’t really know, the rooms need maintenance for sure, no AC, definitely was a good hotel in the past I guess but not really anymore , no good internet at all, and the toilet is insanely annoying the way you have to flush it is so weird , yeah I didn’t really liked it tbh but it’s okay!!

Electric Power break down as it seems old cabling and wifi never works and no attention done by some staff though some staff is good also . Hotel is centrally located only needs some attention .
