good location-- near a lot of shops. Free parking in front of the building but only until 9am. If you want to park in the building, parking fee is $5. Good stay overall.

Great Location and comfortable bed

We stayed 3 nights in a private room at Rock Solid. The first room we got assigned was just below the lounge area and given the walls are so thin it really seemed like a group of people was in our room. The manager was very nice and moved us into a different room- walls still thin but at least in a different location vs the first room. The common areas are big and clean + you get 50% discount on the climbing wall gym which we used!

ロトルア市内の真ん中に位置しており、ロケーションが良かったです。 共通のキッチンが混み合うときがありましたが、ソファやラウンジなどもあり自由に使えました。 二段ベッドの上に柵がなく、上に上る階段が急で怖かったです。 受付のお兄さんがとってもフレンドリーでした！

Perfect location, very easy to find. Plenty of restaurants and bars around

Everything was good, more empty than expected and that is amazing for be quiet but if you want to know people it’s not the best hostel

房間設施略顯陳舊，好在較為乾淨。前台服務不錯，有廚房可做飯。

全体的に広くて開放的だった。キッチンは器具が充実していたのはもちろん、ダイニングも席がたくさんあり良かった。

挺不錯的背包旅館。正好鍛鍊小孩出行能力。可以很晚到，用密碼箱拿鑰匙。附近很安全，我半夜11點多到那裡也沒問題。按指導的郵件順利拿到鑰匙。作為青旅的獨立房間，有乾淨的床，架子，加熱器。我覺得可以接受的條件。

Strategically located at the city center, this place offers great convenience to a lot of restaurants nearby. The infamous Polynesian spa is within walking distance (about 5 minutes walk) and other attractions such as government gardens, sulphur point, lake Rotorua etc. are within walking distance. We got a double room for more privacy, basic amenities are available but I do not think there is a hairdryer (I brought mine anyway) so prepare one if you were to stay here.

The rooms itself were not the cleanest with stains on the carpets and bedsheets. However its very near rotorua central and super convenient to walk around. Note that the walls were really really thin and during my stay, other guests were super noisy and it really ******. That could have been better. Otherwise, it’s pretty okay.

バスの発着地からもナイトマーケットが行われる中心地にも近く、とても便利な宿です。 キッチンなどの共有部分も結構綺麗でした。 部屋は同室の人の使い方にもよるとは思いますが、バックパッカー向けの宿としては綺麗な方だと思います。 若年層の利用が多いのか、遅い時間まで部屋でワイワイ騒ぐ人が多かった印象です。 支払いについての問題が少しありました。 事前支払いにしていて、クレジットもちゃんと引き落とされているのにチェックインの際に再度宿泊費を請求されました。マネージャーさんから返金はしてもらえました。 宿と提携会社との連携不足が原因とのことですが、事前支払いにしていてもチェックイン当日にしっかり確認した方がいいと思います。トリップドットコムに問い合わせたら深夜にも関わらずすぐに対応して下さいました。感謝です。
