Holiday cottage with a 50 m² large wellness/activity room located on alarge 2500 m² of enclosed plot with lawn. Firewood can be purchased atthe house. The house contains a large living room with wood-burningstove and 4 large bedrooms. Large, open kitchen with all modernamenities such as dishwasher, 220 litres freezer and 2 sinks. Onebathroom has direct access to the indoor whirlpool and sauna and accessto an outdoor wooden tub (DanCenter provides no service at this) as wellas the arctic bath tub with 5000 litres cold water. For the little onesthere are cot, 2 high chairs, swings and sandpit and other playgroundequipment as a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The house hasbilliards, table tennis, table football, bob, airhockey, large flatscreen TV, X-box and Nintendo Wii. The house is equipped with heatrecovery and ventilation and air-to-air heat pump which provides a goodindoor climate. There are 235 m² terrace, 50 m² is covered, from which you can enjoy the view of the fjord. There is aninsulated shelter in the garden.
