During my stay at the hotel, I had a few interactions with the receptionist, Dino. Although he performed the basic duties of the role, I felt there was a lack of warmth and proactivity in the service. Communication was at times unclear, and there were moments when he seemed unavailable or lacking in empathy when dealing with questions or requests. Additionally, the information provided about the hotel’s services was limited, and when I asked for local recommendations, the answers were vague and not particularly enthusiastic. I didn’t feel the warm welcome one usually expects from a hotel front desk, especially in a place focused on tourism. That said, the hotel itself is excellent — I highly recommend it.
