Es la segunda vez que vamos. El servicio bien, pero en la hab la bañera es demasiado alta dificultando el acceso y la salida. La comida normal, tal vez demasiada salsa y pocas verduras para elegir. Las vistas y la habitación muy bien.

Muy bien situado, gran aparcamiento y muy cerca de un gran centro comercial. Ideal para ir con familia o amigos, el trato del personal inmejorable, super atentos y amables, dos de las recepcionistas 10/ 10 en trato,empatía y amabilidad.Las habitaciones súper limpias, todo impecable y las camas una pasada de cómodas. Por ponerle un pero, la animación termina a las 12. Son pet friendly y eso es de agradecer si no quieres dejar a tu peludito atrás, les ponen un comedero y bebedero en la habitación de cortesía. Sin duda volveremos a repetir

Just leaving from 7 nights here and honestly apart from a couple of little niggles which were no fault of the hotel, I really can’t fault it. I had read reviews before I came that said the pool wasn’t clean, rooms were not cleaned daily, they didn’t speak much English and there wasn’t a great selection of food. All of which I found to be total rubbish! Our room was cleaned daily. If we had the do not disturb sign on, the cleaners would make sure they came back later on to do it. Pool was clean every time we went in, which was pretty much daily. All of the staff spoke enough English for us to be able to speak to them without an issue. Also props to Yelena (I think that was her name) from the entertainment team. She remembered both my girls names and the names of every other child she interacted with. Food - I’m a beige food kinda guy, and I was comfortably able to find something to eat every day. There’s always a good selection as well as pizza and chips every day. The view was fantastic and you can literally get onto the beach through a gate at the end of the complex. Will definitely be returning!

Went at the beginning of October for our first family holiday due to being a short flight time. Rooms were very clean and everything got changed every day. The rest of the hotel seemed a bit dated, the floor around the bar area always seemed sticky due to spilt drinks. The main pool was good & the kids pool but there is quite a bit of flaking/peeling paint and broken plastic water vents around the pool. Plenty of sun loungers. Food was very repetitive and never seemed hot only warm. (There is only so many times you can change the name of a pork chop) We found that it was best to get there at the start of service otherwise you get pushed and barged out of the way as no one bothers to wait or que. Entertainment for the kids didn't start until 9.30pm which is way to late, and everything is in Spanish so we didn't have a clue what was going on on anything. The next entertainment started at 10.30pm which again 90% of the guests are spanish so it is ok for them but we didn't have a clue what was going on, and then the bar closed at 11pm!! So if you didn't stock some drinks up then you couldn't get anything. Not even a bottle of water in the room to have a drink or make a drink, you had to go out searching. The staff were polite and tried as much as possible but the language barrier was very challenging. It is a very Spanish location and over 90% of the guests were Spanish. A lot of the guests are very rude and it made it worse as soon as they could tell we were British, so I very much doubt that I will return here again. Also before anyone goes on to say if you go to Spain you should expect Spanish, yes I do agree but it was really good in the local town and everyone was really welcoming and the local shops were great, but when you go back to the hotel amd you feel why did I bother to come here! Then that says it all.

Excellent stay at this hotel, great food, very clean rooms with really comfortable beds, yes this hotel is very Spanish but is that not why you go to Spain. All staff were friendly especially Antonia on reception who was very helpful and welcoming as she was on a previous visit earlier in the year. Already planning a holiday here next year!!

Ok I give the hotel one star for the newly renovated room (they are not all renovated, beware).I give the other star to the bar and dining room staff , special mention to Diana who was helpful and always with a smile . Sorry I can't give this hotel more than two stars as IN MY OPINION it is definitely not a four star hotel and here's why I think that .... The food on six of our 7 days was poor to say the least, very repetitive and almost always barely tepid, the vedg was soggy and uninviting , meat either tough or as in two occasions our chicken undercooked and pink inside At breakfast the beans were cold , bacon like chewing leather and fried eggs burnt at the bottom but slimy and undercooked on top. The bread was very good so we lived most of the week on bread and cheese . This hotel is only really suitable for families with children under ten but crazy that the kids entertainment didn't start until 9.30 , there was a couple of nights with entertainment for adults but that doesn't start until 10.30 pm , The pool area is amazing for children but the water is so cold hardly any adults ventured in , the children didn't seem to mind and we're having fun on the slides The reception area is in dire need of a makeover as it looks like a set from prisoner cell block H The day (Sunday) we arrived the bar outside was packed with people smoking and as there were no ashtrays on the table they were all stubbing out their cigarettes on the floor, disgusting when there were children running around with bare feet . There are no places for a quiet drink with friends and there is a lot this hotel needs to look at if it's claiming to be four star Sorry to leave such a scathing review but as I've said this is my opinion and also of the three other older adults I was there with . I do hope that improvements can be made but in the meantime I feel this hotel is only suitable for families with younger children .

The entertainment team are the best, they really made our holiday. Big shout out Manu and Denis the time and work they put in is amazing. We were a family of 10, and from the youngest to the oldest they in included us all. BRILLIANT BRILLIANT BRILLIANT

Had a week here mid October, the weather was decent, the rooms were good and cleaned each day although we did have a sewerage smell from 1 of the bathrooms in the apartment . The all inclusive was good with always something to eat, the day the drinks were also good. But what made the holiday for the whole family was the entertainment team who provided games throughout the day and the evenings, special shout out to Manou and Dennis. 👍
