Muy bien el hotel, en una zona excelente, el buffet aceptable

La experiencia que puedo contar y debo es que estuve 10 días, los 3 primeros días mi marido y yo nos acribillaron los chinches, si si, aunque parezca mentira. La habitación 355 fué de una película de terror, me quejaba cada día que picaban algo, me decían que eran mosquitos,.pero yo mosquito mosquitos no veía por ningún lado. Una mañana antes de salir a una excursión, mi marido sentado en un sofá muy bonito y cómodo eso hay que decirlo,.pues se le aparece en el jersey un chinche, lo cojo y lo llevo a la recepción, entonces ahí me hacen caso. Me cambian de habitación, desinfectan las maletas, me lavan y secan a alta temperatura toda la ropa. Nos fuimos el domingo día 16.02.25, no sé lo deseo a nadie. Mi marido y yo fuimos a una farmacia y cuando le enseñamos los brazos, las manos, la cara, lo primero que me preguntan es donde estábamos alojados claro. Estuvo cerrado este hotel más de 2 meses, el primer día que abrieron fué el día 07.02.2025, la obligación del hotel, en este caso la gobernanta, debería haber desinfectado en este tiempo cerrado las habitaciones ya que ella mismo dijo que lo habrían traído los franceses en una infestación de este país. Sé que a lo mejor se confunden los huéspedes con diferentes picadas, pero quiero dejar aquí mi experiencia por si os hospedais ahí y verifiquen toda la habitación por si hay chinches. Todavía estoy esperando las disculpas del hotel. Pasarlo bien.

Mi experiencia regular un todo incluido sin aperitivo calientes solo 2 marcas de whisky y sin dosificador da que pensar la comida del hotel no está mal del todo los postres un poco repetitivos en cuanto ala aviación muy limpia el colchón demasiado blando y la almohada demasiado dura otra cosa a destacar es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba

Positives are limited: Friendly staff that work so hard doing double shifts and seem to get constant digging and hassle from management, big shout out to Alex and Rachel who run around keeping people happy at breakfast then work the rest of the day in the very busy pool bar. Cleaning staff do a great job. Sea view room was lovely in the aspect of cleanliness and view only. Negatives: If you come here for peace and quiet and want to unwind, then this is the wrong hotel for you. Constant noise and very load, we had a room on the 4th floor above the stage and OMG the noise was relentless from 10:30am til at least 1am, it starts with music at about 10:30 with a rendition song blaring out "Good morning Good morning" which presses your butttons after a crap nights sleep, then it continues through the day at a medium volume level but constantly interrupted at times with a Spanish animation bloke (who loves the sound of his own voice) going on about games etc mostly played in the area below the rooms. 5pm it's bingo and music at a slightly higher level but at 10 pm, look out and get your ear muffs out because that when the kids disco starts for 30mins followed by very loud music trying to be louder than the neighbouring hotel, they even talk to each other over the microphone, makes Glastonbury look like a kids party in comparison. The noise will carry on at a high level until the bar shuts at midnight, and then it is reluctantly turned off to be replaced by a very large spanish contingency who love to party who will sit there with their mass stocks of drinks churping away at full volume until the staff who just want to go home turn the lights out at 01:30. I could go on but let's just say it's emotional. Massive ques for drinks as the Spanish stock up at every visit, put us Brits to shame to be honest. Food hall is always packed out and louder than a football stadium. Most hot food is cold even when it's just put out, but saying that it was tasty all the same. As previously mentioned, the manager of food and beverages just ponced about picking on his staff who all deserve a massive bonus as they work so hard in a torrid environment. We witnessed him telling the pool bar staff to slightly realign the outside tables even though there was a large queue for drinks at the time only for their hard work to be in vein as moments later as the Spanish guests moved nearly all the tables together and took over the area throwing any rubbish on the tables onto the floor, the Manager just looked on. Pool area and outside bar area filthy as the only cleaning it gets is a couple of random buckets of water thrown down early morning by the housekeeping crew, no proper hosepipe wash down that you would expect in a busy place like this. They even have a very loud foam party in front of the stage during the week in the afternoon when all the lucky participants roll around like ****** on a dirty foam covered stone floor. We flew on TUI Flight 2474/2475. We stayed at the hotel for two weeks from 26/10 to 10/10. We had an enjoyable stay. The areas inside of the hotel and our room were cleaned daily. However, the areas surrounding the pools were the filthiest we've ever seen. They do hose the pool areas daily but since the drains are so small and far apart the dirt is only moved around and does not drain away. The backs of the loungers were also filthy. The hotel does provide shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. The aircon and fridge are free but the safe costs 4 euros per day. Towels for the pool are provided free but a deposit of 20 euros is required. The food was fine with plenty of choice unless you tried to eat everything on offer each day. If you are a weak swimmer you will probably find it off-putting because of the depth. The depth of the adult pool is 1.8m apart from a very short entrance. The main pool has a small area up to 1.4m the slopes quickly to 1.8m. The end of the holiday was marred by a 26 hour delay to the TUI return flight. We were boarding the plane when we were all told to go back to the airport because of a problem with the plane's engine. We were all taken to another hotel and later told we would be flying home the following day at 1pm. There was a lot of talk about flight delay compensation of up to £350. However, unsurprisingly TUI have found a guideline which means they don't have to pay any compensation!! Wondering if anyone else on the flight had the same response from TUI?
