The staff was friendly, and there was smooth check in and check out. But one thing bothered me the checkout timing was 12 pm(noon) instead of 12 am( midnight. Rest was fine. I don't have any

Hotel interior is nice but rooms are not so clean and hygienic, staff is like below average. Not much helpful.

Room had lots of negative vibes and bedsheets were not very clean। Though the staff was good. Food was good though but over expensive

The hotel was average. Frequent load shedding happens, about 7-8 times at night. The price seems to be high in comparison to the condition of the room. The room was not cleaned properly, also the bathroom was not good enough.

Hotel serves water bottles with ordinary water, also seal open, bead sheet was old, no dust bin in room, no electric cattle

Rooms and hotel was spacious and nice but not clean or well maintained. We checked out 1 day early before 12 pm but no refund from hotel end. No lift so we had to use stairs to second floor.
