Security patrol by multiple vehicles 24 hours a day, electric fencing with heat sensor monitors on the boundary walls, speed camera trapping for vehicles that speed in the estate with fines. Take a walk around the golf course at night or sunset and enjoy the views. You may run into a few Jackals but they keep to themselves. The unit is a row house and not an apartment.
