"A truly charming little hotel! Very cozy, with friendly and welcoming staff who are always ready to help. Spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is tasty and satisfying. Perfect for those who appreciate peace and comfort — no noise at all, despite being just a 5-minute walk from the main attractions. Covered parking is available nearby for €13, paid directly at the hotel. They also provided us with a city map, which was very handy. The only downside was the Wi-Fi — the signal was quite weak, and even mobile reception wasn’t great at times. Still, there are cafés nearby, and in just 3 minutes you’re on the main pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants and shops. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"This hotel is the most unhappy hotel I have ever stayed in in Spain. The problems are as follows: 1. The hotel is in an apartment building and requires check-in at 4 o'clock. When we arrived at a little after 4 o'clock in the afternoon, the door was closed. No one rang the doorbell and the call could not be reached. Finally, we contacted Ctrip customer service to find the hotel front desk and check in. The procedures were cumbersome. Everyone had to fill in a bunch of information, and it took half an hour to complete the check-in procedure. Our car was parked in the square and was driven away by the police many times. It is not recommended for tourists who drive. 2. When I took a shower at night, I found that the hot water was only enough for one person, and the other person had to wait at least half an hour before washing. In addition, the bathroom door could not be opened inside or outside when it was closed. I asked the hotel front desk to bring a screwdriver to open the door. 3. Hair was found on the sheets on the bed. There was no quilt cover or quilt, only a thin blanket and a sheet. The hotel's excellent location is the only advantage, but all the unpleasantness that happened offset this advantage. It is not recommended to stay here, especially for travelers traveling alone. It would be troublesome to be locked in the bathroom."
