Helpful and kind staff. You can travel to center by a bus + underground in 50-60 minutes. Bus hours may end early.

A great Premier Inn! All the staff have been so helpful and lovely but a big shout out to Anette for the best cooked breakfast we have had in any Premier Inn and indeed in many other hotels. We will certainly be returning especially when driving as the car parking is great. Location is good. 300m to a bus that takes you to Newbury Park tube on the central line that takes you to the heart of London.

Excellent service and breakfast. We often stay at Premier Inn and it is always consistently good, but this time the service was excellent, particularly at reception and at Breakfast (Chef Anetta) . Couldn't ask for more, very welcoming and helpful.

The staff are really nice the hotel is modern and catered for my family of 5 the vegan breakfast was really nice and Anette cooked it all fresh to order it was perfect location for us as we had a wedding at the pavilion which is 4mins up the road which was perfect

Comfortable bed, nice rain shower, plenty of parking, good access. Basic WiFi adequate. A good base to visit family and do some business in our trip up from the west country. Best of all. Your staff. Always helpful and attentive, polite and welcoming.

Staff excellent Room was tired and not clean Heating did not work properly and room was not serviced As said staff were lovely This is poor value for money The rooms need a refresh and a good scrub! Breakfast was good and parking adequate for the location

I had an excellent experience with Eve at Premier Inn West Romford. She handled my questions with professionalism and genuine care. Eve went out of her way to assist me with my booking, ensuring the process was smooth and hassle-free. Her friendly demeanor , willingness and her smile to help really stood out she went the extra mile to make my stay very pleasant, and she made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Eve, for your outstanding service.

A really conveniently placed hotel but at the cost of a little late night traffic noise. The rooms are standard Premiere Inn fayre but clean. The staff are polite, helpful and always smiling, Anette the chef is a real star, thank you Anette for your personal attention.
