Travelodge London Romford

The Hotel has recently been refurbished and I highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and are very accommodating. I have been staying here for a few months and all of the staff remember me and give me a warm welcome. Roshan always remembers my name when I check in each time. All staff are a credit to Travelodge.

Excellent, friendly service from Roxana+Ha, extremely helpful, friendly, check-in smooth and easy. Room clean, beds comfortable. Would definitely recommend 👌 Great location for tube to get to other parts of London. Will stay again on our next visit.

Room was lovely (wish the singles bed were together to make a double but that’s just me being picky) Uma, the receptionist, was extraordinary. We went in twice to ask if our room was ready due to wanting to get into the city early and after the second time we wasn’t charged extra for early booking. He was very friendly and helpful. Can’t thank him enough!

recently stayed at a Travelodge where I had the pleasure of meeting Omar, the hotel manager, and I genuinely can't speak highly enough of his outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, Omar made me feel incredibly welcome. He greeted me with a warm smile, offered to help with my bags, and ensured the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Throughout my stay, Omar was always present and approachable, often checking in with guests to make sure everything was up to standard. What really stood out to me was how he handled a small issue with my room — he listened patiently, resolved the matter quickly, and even followed up later to make sure I was satisfied. His attention to detail and genuine care for guest comfort was evident. You could see that his team respected him, and it reflected in the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Friendly, well-organized, and clearly customer-focused. It’s rare these days to come across someone so committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Thanks to Omar, my experience at this Travelodge was exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others.

The hotel was ok but no air con in the room so was warm even with the windows open but only thing is you get Noise

Service very poorly by Diana, her attitude is outrageous, very rude. There’s no need for her to raise her voice at me. I suggested if she’s not happy with the job she should change otherwise she’l need to change her attitude. We’re here because we wanted to spend a few days away from home peacefully not to add more stress on top of what we’ve already had.
