We will never stay here again. We had no air conditioning the first night but it was somewhat fixed the next day. We received no compensation for the inconvenience. It was better but not great the second night. Both nights we had to open the window just to get a breeze. The bed is terrible! It is very uncomfortable and squeaky. The shower is terrible as well. It has no pressure. The bathroom is extremely tiny too. You can hear the people in the next room as there is no insulation between the rooms. The second night we got no sleep because the room next to us had many male visitors coming and going.

Can't say that it's wonderful It's not really a hotel, it's like Airbnb. Pros - Cleanliness is quite good with daily housekeeping. Check in and out was quite easy although no reception. Room was spacious because I booked a big space. Cons - Did not sleep well because of my room was near the street. Got disturbed a few times in the night daily due to the noise of rubbish truck in the middle of the night, or vehicles or people shouting occasionally. The soundproofing was not very good and could hear people in next rooms closing doors or making noise in the room. If you are a tourist who can't speak their language and might need some assistance, better to go with a hotel where you can get some help from hotel reception/concierge.

Overnight in Rome Helpful staff on checkin with a spacious and clean and comfortable room. The room had all the amenities you need. It is good value for Rome. The hotel is close and convenient to Rome Termini station and a metro stop to get you around the city. If you plan to walk to major sites it will take you a while but because of the value I would certainly stay here again.

Good It's not a Hotel, ita an apartment at the normal building, 5 minutes from the central station, easy to get in and out, a little bit noise, but nothing bad.

Pulizia ottimale, molta cordialità da parte del personale. Letto matrimoniale con graffi sullo schienale e muri macchiati di vernice proveniente da altri oggetti. Titolare molto disponibile. Ho apprezzato il fatto che in doccia, fossero presenti delle luci emozionali colorate. Consigliato!!

The check-in was easy and the property staff were very responsive. However, the shower in our room did not work properly, and we had to turn the water off for minutes at a time multiple times while showering to allow the water to drain. We emailed the staff about this, but the problem was not fixed. Moreover, one of the shower heads was partially hanging out of the wall; the other shower head had an installation issue and had barely any water pressure. Also, the furniture in the room was mostly in poor condition. Location-wise, the property was convenient to Termini Station and about a 30 minute walk to popular sites.

An sich passen Preisleistung, wir hatten nur sehr Pech mit den gästen nebenan. Die Wände sind gefühlt aus Papier, die Gruppe hat bis in die frühen Morgenstunden laut Party gemacht. Als ich den Inhaber mitten in der Nacht deshalb kontaktiert habe, kam keine Reaktion. Im Anschluss gab es auch keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges.

Bad bed!

イタリアはパスポートを送らなくては泊まらせてもらえない。前日にパスポートを送るように言われ、送っていたのに、当日に着いたら「パスポート写真がないのでホテルには入れない」と言われた。ようやく中に入れると思ったらパスワードが多すぎる。エレベーターは動かない。セキュリティーボックスに鍵が入っていてそれで開けるように言われたが鍵を開けるのが難しかった。結局入るのに1時間以上かかった。スタッフに電話しても来てくれず、「右に回せ」とだけ言われた。部屋はきちんと掃除されておりきれいだったが、ドライヤーに髪の毛がたくさん絡まっていた。立地はすごく良いがおすすめしない。

I do not recommend this guesthouse at all. You won’t be able to use the air condition because the energy will go out every time you try to use it. There won’t be anybody there to respond for anything. It’s really a nightmare and you will have to permanently move up the switches at the entrance of the loft to get electricity in your room. Please don’t waste your valuable money.

A room without light, so no air conditioning, no coffee, no electricity to charge your phone. No wifi. The light service was intermittent. Every time the air conditioning was turned on, we ran out of light. I can't imagine that room in summer. There was no staff of the hostel to help you. Only a person via WhatsApp, but he couldn’t do anything.

Pillows dirty Bed uncomfortable Bed not fit for purpose Excessive noise Smell of cigarettes Apparently none of them is the responsibility of the owners 🙄 Dont bother with this dump you will be disappointed and when you want to bring to the owners attention they wont help

PRO Camera calda e pulita con arredamento moderno vicina alla stazione Termini. CONTRO: Mancanza di manutenzione: una porta della doccia è rotta e cade se la si tocca. Segnalato il problema ma non sistemato (dalle recensioni ho visto che il problema risale a diversi mesi fa). Il letto è scomodo e cigola a ogni minimo movimento. Solo lenzuola nessuna coperta/plaid. Un cuscino era macchiato.
