Dear Team of ******* good day. During my stay when I was making showers just after finishing to washing myself, the smell that was on the shower make me pulling The smell in the shower made me vomit every time I finished showering, in the last case the soap container fell, and when I bent down to pick it up the smell was very strong. The smell of the shower came under the wooden board that separated the floor from the touch of my feet, I immediately got out as a result of the strong smell I smelled. When I lifted the wooden board I saw a shocking sight. Pieces of excrement had probably been lying for some time under the wooden board that separated the floor, and in some areas of the wooden board there was also rot that when I held it my hand got a black stain. I immediately called the manager of the hotel. His answer was that I must not have defecated. And that was the end of the event for him, of course the smell didn't go away in the shower because the wooden board was soaked in both feces and black green. I was very disappointed by the manager's attitude as if nothing had happened and I as a guest was traumatized by the matter.

A great location and clean rooms with a very helpful staff member to take care of you (Mauro). While the room did have AC, it was a but ineffective; however it was very warm in Rome at the time (AC could only cool the room to about 25 Celsius or so.

Struttura in una posizione ottima, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi da piazza del popolo e 15 minuti da piazza San Pietro, davvero ottima per far base per un weekend lungo. La camera era molto silenziosa e tranquilla grazie anche al fatto che affacciava in un cortile interno quindi lontana dal traffico cittadino. Il letto però era molto duro e scomodo per i miei gusti. La camera era all'apparenza spaziosa ma gli spazi, anche per via della conformazione della camera erano secondo me mal sfruttati. C'era solo un piccolo armadio dove tra le altre cose era presente anche il frigobar e quindi alla fine lo spazio per riporre l'abbigliamento e per appendere cappotti, pantaloni e camice è davvero poco. La pulizia era in generale buona ma migliorabile. In zone un po' più nascoste come mensole alte o basse c'erano accumuli di polvere. Da migliorare anche la manutenzione dei suppellettili. Ad esempio l'aeratore del lavandino era da cambiare, o aprivi l'acqua a filo o ti facevi una doccia per quanto schizzasse in giro. Ovviamente non è colpa della struttura ma del comune ma 7€ a persona al giorno di tassa di soggiorno sono davvero esagerati. Infine, l'host è stato molto cordiale e socievole. Tutto sommato è una struttura da consigliare!

No one ever at desk. Host sent messages in Italian just minutes before check in. Stately contrast with excellent experience I had a similar nearby guest house

Emplacement super , Chambre propre , Lit confortable, Jaccuzzi propre , Chambre magnifique !! Personnel chaleureux , aimable Vu Sympathique , Agréable séjour dans cette hôtel.. N’hésitez pas à demander de bonnes adresses au personnel !

La ubicación es muy buena, bastante cerca del Vaticano y del Castillo de Sant'Angelo, y no demasiado lejos del centro de Roma. Las instalaciones ofrecen lo necesario, eso sí, no todas las habitaciones contienen lo mismo, así que si quieres la que tiene un jacuzzi, por ejemplo, asegúrate de que esa es en la que vas a alojarte. Por otro lado, la limpieza es deficiente, en primera instancia parece todo correcto, pero digamos que no limpian muy a fondo, o eso me ha parecido a mí. Por ejemplo, mi pareja manchó sin querer una toalla con pintalabios, pero eso nos permitió comprobar que no las cambiaron durante dos días, cuando se supone que se tiene que hacer diariamente, y además yo acabé con las piernas llenas de picaduras de araña, que tampoco es algo grave pero sí molesto
