Super schönes Hotel, Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Mit Abstand das sauberste Hotel das wir in unserer Reise durch Italien hatten. Frühstück typisch Italienisch, wurde uns auf die Minute genau in unser Zimmer gebracht. Gastgeber betreibt dieses Hotel mit sehr viel Herz, man fühlt sich hier einfach nur wohl. Bei unserer Ankunft hat er uns direkt vor dem Hotel empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und uns dann zur Tiefgarage begleitet wo wir unser Auto sicher abstellen konnten. Vom Hotel aus sind es nur wenige Meter zum Bahnhof und U Bahn Station, alles problemlos erreichbar. Es wahr einfach ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Gemme Di Roma😍

Мы были в многих странах Европы, но тут просто превосходно. Соотношение цены и качества 5/5, завтраки отличные 5/5, сервис 5/5, чистота 5/5. Мы отдыхали в Риме с 04.01.22-08.01.22. Нас прекрасно встретили хозяева Лиана и Рикардо, очень приветливые и доброжелательные люди. Очень удобное расположение, уютный и чистый номер, в предыдущий день вы заполняете бланк о том, что будете на завтрак, приносят минута в минуту. Уборка номера отлично! Удобно спать, номер свежей! И самое главное, при нашем раннем выезде из гостиниц (3 часа ночи) нам с вечера принесли завтрак! За это отдельное спасибо! Нам очень понравилось!!! Советуем!

Stayed with our adult son in a three person room. Our earlier arrival schedule was accommodated with grace. All needs are met. Arranged for breakfast at another local bar given early departure schedule. Staff does its utmost to make one feel welcome and valued beyond what it is typical in Italy. Comfortable beds and bedding. Small treats in the room. Clean bathroom and extras provided. It is clear that the staff thinks first of all of those who are clients. Price so reasonable. Close to train station not requiring a cab ride. Up flights not difficult given elevator. Three adults may be better suited to two rooms. Effective communication. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We stayed as a family of 3 and found it to be great accomodation. The location is excellent, not far from the train station, which is very convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you for lending us an umbrella!

Abbiamo soggiorno presso la struttura per 4 giorni ed è stato fantastico. Struttura vicinissima alla stazione di Roma Termini, a due passi dal centro. La stanza era pulitissima, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Vivamente consigliato. Quando torneremo a Roma sicuramente tornerò a soggiornare qui.

Central location to explore the sights, and around the corner from Termini station, so easy to get everywhere. Modern and spotless rooms, each with a boutique feel. The AC was very welcome during the heatwave! Breakfast is nice and delivered to your room, which you can have on the terrace. Really helpful staff too if you need organise things. We were in the amethyst room that worked for a family of 3 (2 x adults, 1 x 6 year old). You also get 10% off at the restaurant downstairs (La Famiglia) which is reasonably priced and has a wide-ranging Italian menu. The accommodation is on the 4th floor of a housing block - a lift is available.

Truly a "Gem" with an A staff and probably the cleanest place we've stayed. Definitely an excellent value for the price, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
While the entrance isn't directly off of the street, just look for the La Familia restaurant and they'll point you to the proper door (and also a great place to eat).
Once inside, the staff is super-friendly and accommodating, and they provide many amenities including a refrigerator with complimentary soft drinks and water refilled daily. Breakfast arrives at the requested time without fail, exactly as ordered.
Although there are only a few rooms and no off-hours staffing, we always felt safe.
Definitely recommend Gemma!
