Fuyez tant qu'il est encore temps! L'hébergement est situé dans le quartier de la gare très accessible mais très difficile à trouver : pas d'enseigne sur la rue. Accueil correct. Accueil sommaire. Pas de linge de toilette, serviettes de douche et shampooing non inclus.

Es un hotel para pasar una noche y poco más. Zona muy céntrica pero la habitación estaba muy vieja, poco acondicionada y sucia además de que se escucha muchísimo el ruido de los coches.

The hostel staffs were very friendly and kind, the location is perfectly Close the train station, touristic spots and downtown. but my only problem was the amenities were very poor. Of course taking my own stuffs , but the bed sheets were smelling very bad eventhough I covered them with my own sheets. There were no hot water during the day.

La ubicación es muy central para todos los sitios turisticos, no hay necesidad de tomar algún medio de transporte, además la ruta de autobus del aeropuerto pasa a 5 mn caminando del hotel. El personal de atención muy amables y atentos, especialmente Pablo el que atendió en los turnos cuando estaba yo presente. Hay varios baños para las habitaciones compartidas y la instalación tiene una calefacción funcional.

The bad: - Came at 8 at night, nobody answered the freaking doorbell, some lady that was staying there came from a store and opened the main door for us; luckily for us or we would’ve probably slept outside. - City tax was €30 which to USD conversion was more than what was stated on the “******* receipt”; cash only even though ******* states it can be collected by card. - Temperatures were right around 2-8 degrees celsius in Rome and we had no hot water access on either the shower or faucet; we know hard water is a problem but they could atleast turn on the heater for a limited time frame. FYI when taking a shower, water is as cold or colder than outside temperature. - First room had a broken and faulty toilet that didn’t stop water from running and was constantly filling the water deposit. - We had wi-fi for the 1st day, then on the other 3 we had from extremely poor connection to no connection at all. - No room cleaning on the 1st day so we asked for the room to not be cleaned at all until we left, either way they wouldn’t have cleaned it. - €2 for towels which is stated but come on; no hand soap, no bath soap, no shampoo, no hairdryer in our room but in others there was one - 3rd floor is the “common area”, microwave was dirty. - Bathtub in our room had a faulty “water trap” which wouldn’t allow for water to drain at all. The good - They changed our room quickly due to the toilet issue. - Access to Roma Termini Station. Hotel or HoStel? Go ahead, skip it and pay more.
