Posizione ottima, a due passi da San Pietro.... personale molto disponibile, gentile e professionale... l appartamento super pulito e ordinato... La colazione abbondante, ci hanno lasciato il frigo pieno di cose dal dolce al salato ... Consiglio questo alloggio

Horrible and dirty with mold and the last day they invaded our privacy by going into our room while we were at breakfast and our check out was 1 pm horrible . Please dont go to this place . Rude and kitchen has old food all on how good place was not true

Very dated, filthy and neglected place. Kind of surprising that some places even posted goods reviews… questionable? 🤨. Mold on the bathroom walls, Shower had very dangerous step and toilet had disgusting stains. Also the wall had a backup sewage overflow. The food choices were old and no fridge available. You can’t be noisy because local guests were rude, they don’t like foreigners.

MASSIMO and SANDRO were amazing! Very kind and hospitable from the beginning. I asked them for extra pillows without a problem they delivered extra pillows, then I told them that some of the pillows were a little bit hard, and they immediately replaced them with softer pillows. Unfortunately, we locked ourselves out of the apartment at midnight on Saturday…. Of course I had to contact them and was worried. Perhaps we wouldn’t be able to sleep there.. but they arrived with other people very hard to open the door…. They didn’t charge us anything., nor did they mistreat us or get upset for what it happened. THEY WERE SO PATIENT AND KIND! The apartment was comfortable, clean, the food they left in the refrigerator and in the kitchen was more than enough for the days we stayed there and everything was delicious. The towels and sheets and floors were all very clean. we were very close to the Vatican and a really great bistro about a block away… Ce Piace…. One of the best restaurants I’ve eaten in Italy. Anyway, this is a place. I would definitely stay again and one that I highly recommend to families. Thank you, Massimo and Sandro!

Ottima struttura tutto tondo pronta ad ogni esigenza con gestori disponibili per risolvere tutte le problematiche gli vengono poste da turisti o chicchessia dei passanti dalla loro struttura. Calda e accogliente come una casa, con disponibilità immediata della sala comune sia per un caffè o uno snack o spuntino che si voglia. Inoltre avevamo bisogno di posticipare il ritiro bagagli e rappresentata l'esigenza il problema è risolto. Ottima posizione. Pulito, se torniamo a Roma sappiamo dove andare

Non è come descritta, da chiarire parcheggio perché si vende come compreso nel prezzo però non è così! Si descrivere come “eccellente” bagno con mufa,tegli porte sfasciati …!

This property is located right next to St. Peter’s Basilica (5 min walk), has a good selection of items for breakfast and comfortable rooms. My family and I had a very pleasant 3 day stay in Rome, and this hotel, along with its staff, were a good chunk of that! Thank you Sandro!
