Great hotel I really liked the hotel! The location is great: the Vatican museum can be seen directly from the room window, and there shops and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient to take a metro and travel to other parts of Rome. The room was very nice and comfortable, and stuff is very friendly. Thank you very much, I would love to be back! P.S. The only drawback is that it can be noisy at nights, since there is a road and noises can be heard very well. But after an active day in Rome it should not be a problem to sleep well)

The bed was amazing! The property was clean and we felt very safe there for being so close to the Vatican. Need to upgrade the public area and have a few more amenities. However for the price it was nice!

Above and beyond service

I was booked in for six nights. On the day before I was told I could not stay (I happened to be on a plane and had no idea until I arrived at the hotel). I was told a number of different things, including that I cancelled the reservation - I did not - and that the agent cancelled. There was no apology and no help to find an alternative. As a solo traveller on my first trip to Rome this was pretty daunting.

Everything was fine. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Equipment in rooms little outdated, but rooms were was very clean which is the most important.
