Very clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.

Location is perfect, hotel is a bit old but overall it is clean. A bit pricey.

前台服務態度還好，早餐不太豐富。3人房是由2人房加床而成，所以空間有點小，距離地鐵站很近，方便出行。

Rooms and general appearance of the hotel was ok and looked to be more recently redone. The room was comfortable generally, with really good a/c and was quite roomy and clean. Mine faced the street and was VERY noisy, particularly one night. The hotel seems to favor groups and was insufficiently prepared to accommodate the crowds at breakfast every day I was there. No seats available!! The breakfast fruit had one kind of melon that was alternately overripe and/or left with pieces of the rind still on. Few choices to be had among the runny scrambled eggs and greasy bacon. Cereal and bread products were slim and look institutional. Most of the pastries tasted not fresh and similar to each other. The natural yogurt was good. I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is amazing. The staff was professional and friendly. I had a health problem and Daniela was not only professional and 100% available to help, but here empath8c and warm she went over and beyond. The hotel is spotted clean,rooms are spacious and bed super comfy. centrally located and breakfast opens at 6 30, Really one of the best in Rome Sabrina P

Magnifico Hotel nel centro di Roma a due passi dai maggiori punti di interesse turistico e culturale. Bellissima la hall e la camera pulita e spaziosa. Consigliatissimo a famiglia e sicuramente anche a coppie ed amici. Ottima la colazione!

Albergo super accogliente, centrale rispetto a tutti ciò che di bello e importante c'è a Roma, camere belle e comodissime , si dorme benissimo, frigo bar fornitissimo,colazione perfetta per tutti Assolutamente da provare , ci ritorneremo.

Great hotel and staff, near to main train station, room size is enough and room is very clean. Breakfast is very nice and has high quality. Hotel is located very centrally and near to metro station and train station. Staff are friendly and helpful, highly recommended for stay in Rome

We stayed here as part of one of the Globus Independence tours of Rome. We requested a room with a balcony, and paid for the upgrade - it was well worth every cent. This is one of the best places we stayed on our 5 week visit to Europe. The staff were all wonderful, the cleaners did a great job, we loved the private terrace and huge bathroom. The separate walk in entrance and wardrobe with minifridge were welcome luxuries. The breakfast was excellent - a seemingly endless range of choices, and they kept the food coming. We would book this again - and would pay for the bigger room with a balcony. Thanks.

Nous étions une famille de 6 adultes et 6 enfants. Nous avons été accueilli de façon très désagréable et irrespectueuse de la part d’un réceptionniste qui s’appelle Roberto. Nous avons réservé deux van pour le transport de l’hôtel vers le port pour notre croisière. Nous voulions payer par carte bancaire et Roberto nous a demandé de payer en cash uniquement et en avance. Chose que nous avons faite malgré nous. Nous avons demander de changer l’heure de départ pour 12h30 au lieu de 11h. Un réceptionniste qui s’appelle Roberto nous voulait riens entendre et il est parti ou nous claquant la porte sur la figure. Nous avons demandé à parler au manager du soir, ils nous ont répondu qu’il n’était présent et qu’il n’y a personne à qui nous pourrions réclamer ce manque de professionnalisme et de politesse envers nous en tant que client et qu’humain. Nous avons demandé de nous rembourser la somme d’argents que nous avons payer et annuler le déplacement 14h avant le départ. Roberto nous dit que ce n’est pas possible. Finalement avec beaucoup d’insistance ses deux collègues ont fait le nécessaire pour changer l’heure de notre départ et qu’on remercie. Nous tenons à apporter ce comportement inadmissible de Roberto à l’intention de la direction. Un comportement qui nuit à la réputation du service de cet hôtel en particulier et au tourisme en Italie de façon plus générale.

This hotel chain in both Florence and Rome was disappointing. While it was in the 90's outside and scalding hot the air didn't work in the rooms. I asked them to fix it and nobody ever did. The room was at least 80 degrees. Six nights, two different cities and it was the same in both places. They give you free certificates for a drink at the bar but we waited two different times for over thirty minutes and left without getting service. I'm asking the travel agent to never book it for people again. Lots of money and super disappointing.
