Prenotato camera presso sedicente Esposizione Palace Hotel di via Nazionale a Roma per settimana lavorativa al Ministero della Salute attraverso Booking. Presentato come hotel 4 stelle costo circa 140 euro a notte. All'arrivo reception molto molto modesta con persona egiziana? Pakistana? che mi chiede immediato pagamento. Subito dopo vengo trascinata attraverso viuzze laterali molto poco rassicuranti in un condominio fatiscente dove mi danno una sorta di lugubre appartamentino isolato e senza alcun servizio inserito in un condominio molto sporco e scrostato. Il giorno successivo entro e trovo nella mia doccia un uomo a cui era stato dato lo stesso appartamento. Ricordo che avevo prenotato una stanza in un albergo.Scopro che nello stesso stabile , al piano superiore esiste un'altra reception con lo stesso nome di lieve migliore aspetto ma sempre gestita da egiziani pakistani che , alla mia richiesta di aiuto, dichiarano di essere un altro albergo, anche se con lo stesso nome. Risultato: dopo una battaglia interminabile e il rischio di dormire per strada , mi faccio spostare in altro albergo a 2 stelle, ma pagando l'intera cifra di circa 700 euro originale. Importante: su booking recensioni eccellenti. Booking mi ha lasciata del tutto sola.

Забронировали этот отель в Риме для празднования годовщины свадьбы, приехали заселяться, нашего номера не было в наличии( хотя было уже все оплачено и выбран специально свита с балконом на город) , мало того, что нас поселили в другой простой номер без объяснений , так ещё и он был весь грязный и ужасно вонял сигаретами( а я беременная, что их мало интересовало), дальше на нашу просьбу связаться с менеджером для переселения в наш оплаченный номер, нам постоянно говорили что он занят и они незнаю когда он сможет прийти, в итоге напротяжении пяти дней в нам никто не обратился и не позвонил!!!! Дальше мы заселились уже в другой номер с балконом маленьким и видом в стенку соседей, где кстати окно открывалось у соседей в наш балкон, тоесть они спокойно могли выйти к нам на балкон и в комнату! Комната была вся грязная в пыли и с поломанным душем, на что нам ответили, прийдут починят( пять дней никто так и не пришёл) Матрас и одеяло было все в пятнах и грязи, причём мы заказывали кровать двухспальную кинг сайз , а получили просто сдвинутые две кровати! Был испорчен праздник и отпуск, никому не рекомендую

Just look at the photo on Tripadvisor and then look at the dump if a room my friend and I were given. Its dark, dingy, and difficult to access with one tiny, painfully slow lift. Its just too depressing. Not how I want to remember Rome, but hey. Need I say more?

L’hotel e’ in un palazzo costruito per accogliere appartamenti, oggi non credo ci sia più gente che ci vive, ci sono 3 hotels, o meglio “Pensioni” adattate a questi spazi. Letti scomodi e piccoli, camera basica arredata male. E’ assurdo leggere commenti riguardo il personale con probabilmente origini non Italiane ma gentili, educati e professionali. a loro va un punteggio ben più alto della struttura e dei piccoli spazi.

My wife and I stayed for a 4-night long weekend. After an initial problem (our room was over booked for the first night - we had to stay in an 'older' room), we were very pleased with the standard of the refurbished room. The Reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast, although basic, was adequate. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless. The hotel is situated a 10 to 15 stroll from many interesting locations. On our departure, the City Tax was waived because of the over booking problem (thank you). Highly recommended.

Κλείσαμε αυτο το ξενοδοχείο μόνο για 2 μέρες..στην διαμονη μας στην Ρώμη. Με το που φτασαμε μας είπαν οτι θα μας προσφέρουν αναβάθμισή δωματιου.. Άπο οτι είδα στα σχόλια βεβαια πρέπει να το λένε σχεδόν σε όλους.. Παρολα αυτα εμας η εμπειρία μας ηταν πάρα πολυ καλή. Πεντακαθαρο μεγαλο δωματιο, μεγαλο μπανιο και καταπληκτικο κρεβάτι που σε εκανε να ξεκουραστεις μετα απο ατελειωτες ωρες περπατηματος...

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hotel, chambre donnant sur l'intérieur avec un petit balcon. Personnel super sympa, toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils. Chambre faite tous les jours, clim un peu bruyante mais très appréciable. Idéalement situé à 10-15 minutes a pied de la fontaine de Trevi et du Colisée, de nombreux petits commerces a proximité, ainsi que des petits restaurants. Le petit bémol est l'ascenseur, donné pour 4 personnes, mais mettez 2 rugbyman dedans et plus rien d'autre ne rentre. Nous n'avons pas pris les petits déjeuners, donc pas d'avis dessus. Pour le prix nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour.

We booked this hotel as a xmas present for our mum. They contacted me and offered an upgrade. We gladly accepted as an upgrade is always nice. Not this time. When we arrived the upgrade was in another building and was a building site. We could not leave the building as the keys for the front door didnt work. It was an apartment block. After we argued we had not been told the upgrade was in a seperate building and we did not feel safe they gave us our room in the hotel. But we had to spend one nite in the hell hole as the hotel was full.. We arrived at 22:20 and they told us we owed them 20 euro because check in was finished at 21:30. But when we went to the main building where reception was the sign said check in until 22:30. Terrible place avoid. Do not accept their “upgrades” I have never experienced anything like the place and not in a gud way!!

Посмотрев в нете, мы забронировали эту гостиницу через booking. Номер стоял на продаже. Мы получили подтверждение. Приехали. Вместо того, чтобы нас заселять, нам девушка начала говорить, что свободных номеров нет. Мы ей показываем подтверждение. Она опять мол номеров нет, это наша ошибка. И хотела нас аккуратно отшить. Так как мы были с детьми и были уставшие мы стояли на своем. После этого она начала что-то делать и предлагала первый попавшийся на поиске отель. Мы потратили на это уйму своего времени. Позже проверял на сайте у них номер был на продаже и свободен. Вечером того же дня, мне с этой гостиницы начала звонить девушка и сказала, если я не отменю свой запрос до 21-00 с меня снимут все деньги за все ночи. Я ушам своим не верил. Мои уговоры, что это не я отменял и я готов хоть сейчас заселиться ни к чему приводили. Она сказала, - отмени до 9 вечера, и меня работа до 9 вечера, если не отменишь мы снимем все деньги, хоть ты и не будешь жить. Вместо того, чтобы гулять по Риму, мне пришлось тратить время, чтобы решить чьи-то ошибки. Очень непрофессиональные и безответственные работники и руководство. Больше суда ни ногой!
