Otelin konumu oldukça iyidi! Çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever ve güler güzlüydü

酒店精緻小巧，我們住在三樓，電梯衹能到二樓，前台帥哥幫提上去，服務態度非常好，尤其前台有一位年齡稍大的男士，耐心幫忙聯繫送機車輛，而且每天進出都會熱情打招呼，我覺得此酒店是我歐洲行住過的最熱情最温度的酒店

電梯只能到達2樓，3樓要走樓梯上去，但工作人員很友善，有幫忙把行李從2樓抬上3樓。地理位置優越，步行便能到達許願池等等的景點。環境乾淨

衞生間太小，使用嚴重不便！洗澡困難！

地理位置很棒，在西班牙廣場附近，離各大景點都可以靠腿到達！附近好多網紅店鋪方便買買買 前台爺爺非常熱情的接待！特別好！！！應該是我玩這一趟下來，遇到最好的前台了！ 早餐是家庭式的早餐，雖然品種不多。 房間肯定是小小的，但乾淨。有保險櫃可以鎖自己的貴重物品噢，不過老房子隔音效果不太好。 因為限行原因有些車沒有辦法進區域裏，如果着的華人接送機的話要注意下噢，不過前台可以幫忙叫車到機場！

I had a lovely experience. I came solo for my birthday. Very kind people/staff in hotel, helpful and also hotel in a very nice location. Safety and clear! Everyone makes me feel comfortable!

Little gem in the middle of Rome. sweet rooms very clean. nice breakfast. and on top super nice staff especially Roberto who was always kind and had many great tips for us.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay, it’s truly a family-friendly hotel. The cleanliness and the warm, welcoming attitude of the staff made us feel very comfortable. Each time we entered, we were greeted with smiles, which gave us a perfect experience. The location is very central; you can easily walk to almost everywhere, and we only used the bus few times. The breakfast was also excellent, both delicious and filling. The staff at breakfast were very kind and cheerful as well. Thank you for everything, definitely our #1 hotel in Rome!

Wonderful staff and the location is amazing

Hotel molto comodo molto pulito è soprattutto personale gentilissimo cordiale e molto disponibile... Non è la Prima volta che vado in questa struttura e devo dire che mi sento di consigliarla perché si trova proprio in posizione strategica anche per chi viaggia da solo si sente coccolato come se fosse a casa!!

Cleanliness excellent, very comfortable bed, great breakfast and fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. The location is brilliant, few min walk to Trevi, Spanish steps and when it's not too hot, it is possible to walk to The Colosseum, Saint Peter’s Basilica, and the Vatican City all within around 30 mins. I would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone, nothing to fault.

The staff at breakfast were lovely to talk to and the staff at reception were super helpful with questions about places to eat and where to walk. I would stay here again.
