Hotel Imperatori arvostelua

Bellissimo villaggio molto attrezzato molto pulito. L’unica scomodità è che se si rientra dopo la mezzanotte con la automobile bisogna lasciarla fuori e quindi proseguire fino al bungalow che comunque si può anche evitare di andare a piedi, perché una vettura elettrica ti accompagna.

The toilet is not working , the flushometer is not working, I spoke with the receptionist and they wanted to move us to double room and I book triple room because we are three. Don’t advise anyone to book here

櫃檯人員的服務態度都很好，尤其是simon；原本第一晚住的房間晚上冷氣會自動停掉，經過跟櫃台小姐反應後，換到一間空調很好的房間；simon跟另一位先生熱心協助之後渡輪的更改事宜，非常感謝
