とても綺麗で広く使いやすかったです バス停も近くにあるので交通便も困らなかったです

This was my second time staying at the Cross hotel. The hotel is situated in a good location, right next door to the ruins of the old aqueducts, and is near the Colosseum in the old part of the town. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean both times I stayed there, and I was pleased with the daily change of towels! Breakfast was good also. I’ll definitely choose this hotel during my next stay in Rome!

Tolles Hotel. Wurde 2019 komplett renoviert. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super sympathisch und gibt gerne Tipps. Sehr schönes Bad, gemütliche Zimmer und sehr bequeme Kopfkissen.

service good and cleanliness, but a little bit loud outside at night

Мы пробыли в Риме 5 дней. Персонал очень гостеприимный, говорят на итальянском, английском и немного по-французски. Всегда внимательны и делает все, чтобы обслуживание было безупречным. В номерах есть кондиционер, двуспальные кровати, которые по запросу можно раздвинуть, и душевая кабина. Терраса, где можно расслабиться вечером, выпить или поесть. Завтрак подается в ресторане. Отель очень удачно расположен, рядом есть все: рестораны, кафе и автобусные остановки. Метро тоже недалеко. Мы вернемся в следующем году! Спасибо персоналу за прием и хорошее настроение.

The only downside to this hotel is the very bad sound proofing for the room with a connecting door. Don’t advice people traveling with family to choose this hotel because we hear clearly the “passionate activity” next door all night. It was a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, location is good and the overall cleanliness is good. Choose wisely!

If I could I would give them a 0 on the review, horrible customer service, and the people at the reception were very rude and bad attitude, we stayed there for 3 days and from day 1 I told them that the fridge was not working, I told that that I needed the fridge because we had bought some stuff that needed to be cool so that they would not go bad ,they said they would send someone, then the next day someone came from the “technicians” had a look told us “ oh no this is not good but it’s not my job tomorrow someone will come to fix it tell the manager” then tomorrow came I told them again they said “ oh no today is Saturday no one is working today” so we left and the fridge was not fixed, i even asked if they had a place I could leave it with them with no luck, so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to stay there, it’s not even in a good location far from everything.

No facilities, like gym or pool, limited menu at the only place you can eat or drink which is the out door bar area and the roof top bar does not exist

環境不錯，地鐵站步行5分鐘可以到。旁邊有個披薩店味道不錯。
