Not very for from central easy to travel. Everything and breakfast is good 👍 Recommended

房間在意大利酒店裡不算小，但廁所特別小，淋浴間剛夠轉身。酒店在一個大斜坡上，離地鐵和公交站大概都要走10分鐘，不建議坐地鐵來，因為地鐵要經過一個很高的樓梯，爬的很累。前台挺好的，有問題都能解決，早餐可以選擇的東西有點少但味道都不錯

The front desk attendant (young guy in his 30s with curly hair: on Tuesday Jan 10 5pm Rome time @ ARS Best Western hotel): The front desk attendant - he was threatening me with violence and was yelling obscenities telling me to f-off and to f-myself! I work for the embassy and nobody has ever talked to me like that ever! I don’t know what his problem was?? 😔 This is inexcusable / he’s telling me to f myself, and that I’m an *****, and to go f off - nobody deserves to be talk like this, no matter what. It is so sad because I stayed almost a week at this hotel and I really enjoyed it, all the other people were super nice and the service excellent! I am really sad, and I don’t know what the heck happened with this guy - I think he has mental problems & needs anger management therapy. So sad 😞 Ricardo

The location of the hotel was perfect for me. I could take the subway for the bus straight to all tourist attractions. Fewer staffs are very warm; the breakfast is fantastic. You can enjoy Italian coffee. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Myself and my partner have just returned from a 5 day stay here. Firstly, the hotel was clean and modern…ish compared to other hotels I have stayed in. We stayed in room 406 directly next to the lift which was extremely loud. Each time it went up or down the whole room vibrated, not the best when you’re trying to get a good nights sleep. The first time our room was cleaned we came back to our room door actually being left unlocked and open for anyone to come inside presumably by the cleaning staff. On our 3rd day the toilet in our room broke and wouldn’t flush. There was water constantly running in it and pairing this with the noise of the elevator we didn’t get the best nights sleep. We let the reception staff know about the toilet and left them with our room key while we went out however we came back to the toilet not being fixed and no mention to us about it when getting our key back. The next day we mentioned it again and this time when we arrived back in the evening it had been fixed… only to break once more after it had been used. The area is not close to the centre of Rome as described, it is a 10 minute walk down lots of steps (this was an utter nightmare to walk up after a long day exploring the city) and then around 6-8 stops on the train depending on where in the city you want to visit.
