Hotel Caravel arvostelua

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing due to a series of overlooked details and frustrating issues. To start with the good—the staff were great: friendly, helpful, and informative. They made an effort to assist whenever asked, and that hospitality was appreciated. The location was decent, about a 30-minute bus ride to the city center. It’s not exactly central, but manageable if you’re okay with the commute. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival, but the quality of housekeeping declined quickly. A lotion stain I accidentally left on the shower floor was never cleaned, and instead of actually scrubbing the area, housekeeping simply placed a mat over it—as if to hide it. Initially, the room came stocked with two sets of towels, but after the first day, only one of each was replaced. While the booking was for one person, maintaining the original quantity would have shown a bit more care and consistency. There were several small inconveniences that added up. For example, the room phone had no directory, so I had no idea how to contact the front desk or reach any services. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days, which turned out to be because the previous guest had asked for it to be turned off, and it was never reset. It took me that long to realize I had to ask the concierge to enable it again. In a properly managed hotel, the AC should be reset and ready for the next guest without needing to make a request. The continental breakfast was another letdown. The scrambled eggs were dry, lumpy, and had a strange grey tint. The bacon and sausages were cold, and orange juice was served in plastic cups. There was very little fresh fruit, and to top it off, they had a random speaker on the floor playing radio ads during breakfast—a strange and unpleasant ambiance for a morning meal. I’m glad I didn’t pay for breakfast for my entire stay, because it definitely wasn’t worth it. The Wi-Fi was by far the worst I’ve encountered in any hotel. It disconnected constantly and, when connected, barely reached speeds of 5 Mbps. For a hotel in a tourist-heavy area, this is unacceptable and suggests a clear lack of awareness of guest needs—especially for travelers who rely on Wi-Fi to plan outings or stay in touch. Noise was another major issue. The elevator makes a blaring siren-like noise when it opens, which woke me up every single morning. The walls and doors are paper-thin, making it easy to hear people walking or talking outside, and the doors slam shut loudly, adding to the disturbance. Finally, while not the hotel’s fault, there were a few homeless individuals living around the property, which might make some guests feel uneasy, particularly at night. All in all, while the staff were excellent and the location worked, there were just too many frustrating and avoidable issues—poor housekeeping, unusable Wi-Fi, subpar breakfast, noise problems, and a lack of attention to guest experience basics. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the hotel makes significant improvements across the board.

👍從火車站搭乘City bus 班次多、下車站牌離飯店很近！ 😲但這次帶著笨重行李搭乘Bus時，卻是不幸遇到精神異常、身手矯健、沒穿鞋的年輕黑人騷擾，不斷叫囂、挑釁，高壯的胖司機視而不見... 很多老弱的乘客，紛紛下車躲開... 👍最後是被一位勇敢的年輕女孩~~見義勇為、陪我們下車+想方設法安撫他、帶他離開，我們才能脫身！ 👍櫃檯員工親切、服務佳！ 🍄房間整潔舒適，可惜沒有小冰箱可用！ 沒提供礦泉水。

Отель расположен недалеко от станции Остиенсе,куда прибывает региональный поезд из аэропорта Фьюмичино. Там же находится станция метро. Пешком от отеля минут 15. Удобно добираться и в аэропорт и в центр города. Завтрак в отеле приличный. Номер просторный, кровать и подушки удобные, что было немаловажно для меня. Номер с балконом-терассой. Единственный минус это короткая душевая створка на ванне. Когда принимаешь душ, очень много воды оказывается на полу.

交通一般般 因為不太會坐羅馬的公交車出去的時候基本都先走到地鐵站去，大約十幾分鐘的樣子，地鐵很方便到景點都特別快，附近是居民區治安看起來…還行？但是也看到了幾個吉普賽人，出門右手邊有家餐廳的披薩非常不錯

就是入住必須下午2點 我們13.30去辦理也不行 妥妥歧視 在羅馬已經被歧視習慣了。訂的雙人床去説衹能一人入住 另外需要給50歐 然後我們又補交50歐元 前台也是很不耐煩問多了態度就不好 反正旅遊第一天就遇到很多問題

Good service from the front desk. Location a bit far from the city, but the bus and metro connection is good enough to compensate it

No explanation how to get reception no kettle or fridge all provided at chasing will no recommend this hotel.

Lovely Hotel. Friendly people, clean rooms. 15 minutes by Bus to central.

房間很小 被子質量很差 住的一點都不舒服

Hotel pulito, personale molto gentile e disponibile Ottima posizione a pochi kilometri dal centro 👍

位置稍微遠了一點 但是公交車很方便 不堵車的話到各大景點衹要半小時 堵車45min也可以到了 酒店雖然老舊，但是勝在旺季價格划算 性價比很高 還是可以的

提前不到一個月訂的 設施還可以 地理位置偏遠 但是工作人員很友好 洗漱用品自己帶 早餐一般 總體還可以
