Guest House Grazioli

Excelente todo. Ubicación perfecta. Todo lo necesario: lavadora, secadora, cocina, ducha con abundante agua. Departamento 100% funcional con todos los detalles, silencioso para un buen descanso y cercano a todo, a pié. A minutos de todas las atracciones turísticas, tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes. Se puede llegar fácilmente caminando a Vaticano, Fontana de Trevi, Coliseo, Términi, Panteon. Todos los detalles necesarios para una excelente estadia.

Ho alloggiato in questa guest house una notte e mi sono trovata molto bene: è situata all’interno di un edificio vicinissimo al Pantheon, quindi in una posizione molto comoda. Le camere sono in buone condizioni e sono molto pulite, i prezzi del frigobar sono accessibilissimi e in camera è presente il bollitore con tazze e tisane per chi lo desiderasse. Viene fornito il kit di cortesia con ciabattine per la camera e asciugamani. Volevo complimentarmi in particolar modo con le ragazze della reception e la governante perché sono state tutte gentilissime ed efficienti. Unico neo: nella mia camera non era presente il bidet.

We had an initial itch with the check in since I have to spend some time on the phone with ******* to understand how to get the info to do the self check in .After this,everything went smoothly and I really appreciate the kindness of the staff in accomodating my request. The location is fantastic. The building where the guest house is, is a bit run down but the room is clean,conformable and it had everything we needed.

Booked a long weekend here. We contacted the host 45 mins before arrival to let them know we would be arriving no response we get there and are left standing on the street with our luggage it was 6pm dark and raining. A local resident let us in the building which smelt awful with overflowing bins. Eventually after the host hung up our phone call we get a WhatsApp message with instructions we get to the apartment. After helping ourselves to the keys left in a cardboard box at the front door the bedroom we got resembled nothing of the pictures online. The walls were paper thin and the loud buzzer went every time someone entered the building meaning we were woken every hour of the night. The walls were paper thin so every noise in the building could be heard. After spending one terrible night here I decided to book a different hotel for the rest of our weekend complete waste of money! As we left in the morning we had the cleaner with 0 customer service skills questioning us for our tourist tax honestly could not get away from this place fast enough!!! Would have gave this place 0 stars the only thing that’s good about it is the location but everything else is falsely advertised avoid avoid avoid !!!

It looks nice in the picture but the reality is different.It could definitely do with a little attention to the bathroom, shower was leaking and the room was in need of paint. On the plus side the location was excellent. A little dissapointed on arrival, we were met by a rude man who shouted at us for €21 Euro for city tax in cash. On the day we left we had a late flight so we left our luggage in a cupboard outside the bedroom and came back at 6:30pm to collect. My husband left his AirPods on the bed and noticed in the airport and contacted the owner straight away who said he would check with the cleaners the next day. We used the find my iPhone tracking and the AirPods came up still at the guesthouse even though the owner said they were never found. Very upset as they were definitely on the bed and were hard to miss with the type of case on it and were just fobbed off by the staff. Plenty of other places to stay would not reccomend this place.

La verdad no nos esperábamos para nada que no fuera un hotel, incluso al llegar a la dirección no está para nada señalizado, tuvimos que mirar en el telefonillo y darnos cuenta que era como un piso, bastante viejo, con un ascensor más viejo en el que a duras penas cabíamos dos apretados. Una vez llegas no hay una recepción como tal y son cero flexibles con la hora del check in, pagas por estar menos de 12 horas en el y no hay ni wifi. La habitación no estaba mal pero lo demás hizo que pesara más lo malo que lo bueno.
