設施：比較陳舊，房間也很小，安全 衞生：一般 環境：地理位置和價格確實有優勢的，步行3～4分鐘就到termini 服務：服務人員都很熱情 比較適合晚到火車站或者一早需要出發的行程安排

雖然是一個旅館，但老闆人很好

Rooms are untidy, furniture’s are totally dilapidated, the customer service is very poor but the location and security is great

테르미니역과 가깝고 나름 저렴한 가격이지만 에어컨이 없는 방이 있으며 조식이 제공된다고 써있지만 제공되지않았습니다. 조식있는 방만 예약하는데 너무 황당하더군요 방은 아주 불쾌한 부분이 많았고 다행히 잉하는 직원이 친절하여 방을 교체해서 조금 나아졌지만 호텔자체는 비추입니다

Guys who working here are very helpful. Neigbourhood is terrible.

Estancia mala La habitación no estaba lista en el tiempo de hacer check in, tampoco tenían las toallas limpias a tiempo, el hotel no incluye desayunos como dice en la pagina, tampoco hacen el aseo de habitacion y siempre tienes que dejar tu llave al salir. El hotel es muy sucio, huele mal.

Better than sleeping on the street but not by much The toilet was non-functioning upon my arrival and the staff gave me a bucket to use to get the toilet to flush. It was eventually fixed but only because workers were in my room from around 8 pm to 11 pm working on it. Which meant sleep, going to the bathroom, or taking a shower was not an option. There were previous guests' hairs on the towel I was provided with. And although the shower technically "worked", it sprayed directly at the wall so it was actually impossible to use.

Pas terrible Personnel rien à dire Par contre le confort genre matelas à ressort qui rentre dans le corps, le bruit impossible de dormir même fenêtre fermée la chambre donne sur la rue. La sonnette toute la nuit chambre à côté de l’accueil, pas d’insonorisation Les sanitaires douche trop petite porte cassée,les wc chasse à du mal à couler, la propreté n’est pas là non plus. Point positif son prix pour 2 nuits et l’emplacement
